The floors were dirty, the a/c kept turning off. On the first night that we got back after a long day my daughter noticed a bug on the bed. I had a couple of bites too. At night the a/c unit kept turning off and it would eventually get hot and everyone kept waking up. We were to tired to complain and it was late at night. The second night i got bit again but custom service would not pick up. We mostly got there to shower and sleep. We were exhausted after all day out and i didn't have the energy to complain. During checkout i mentioned it to the front desk and only said " oh my, ok, thank you".

The hotel is a great value. I love the beds and pillows, they are so comfortable. The room has a microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker.
The coffee maker was missing a basket, but they had coffee available in the lobby and it was pretty decent coffee.
The wi-fi signal wasn't that strong where I was, but they do have it available.

The property was good overall, a little bit noisy because of traffic and airplanes in the nearby airport, both shifts were nice and provided good service with doubts about the area.

checking in was so easy! staff was nice and welcoming. rooms were overall clean except for a cherry we found near the edge of the bed and a few stains on the bedsheets. everything else was great. checking out was a piece of cake as well. would highly recommend for anyone staying for a night or two.

Paid $80 Canadian through Expedia. Lots of room in the parking lot, quick easy check in. Had to do a $35 deposit. Pool was clean. Hotel walls were old looking. Bed was clean and comfy. Shower pressure was good. Very close to everything in town

The room was small but had the standard amenities: fridge/microwave/coffee maker in room. I liked the extra outlets that were accessible from the bed. I found the bed and pillows comfortable enough to get some good rest. The bathroom looked recently remodeled. I liked the grab bar and the cut out to put your shampoo/conditioner and soap.
I would stay here again the next time I pass through Kingsville. It's a great value for the price I paid.

The staff is absolutely wonderful here. We changed and extended our reservation multiple times, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Their excellent customer service alone makes it worth staying here.
The room was clean in the ways that mattered most (bedding, towels, and bathroom area were all very clean), but the ceiling and walls had a good amount of mold and mildew. This is pretty common for hotels in this area due to the humidity, so we weren’t particularly bothered by it.
The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked great. The mini fridge could hold a surprisingly large amount of food, and the microwave and shower worked as expected.
It wasn’t very busy when we stayed, and we couldn’t hear the other guests staying around us. I always feel a little nervous when it’s just my wife and me traveling, but we felt comfortable and safe here for the most part.
Overall, I’d recommend this motel, especially if you’re looking for an affordable option in the area!

Quick night traveling through the area with my kid. No where near the best I've stayed, but for what it is....cheap older hotel, it was fine. They do need to do a better cleaning job behind furniture. When looking for a plug near the bed it was quite disgusting behind the table.

Property was conveniently located. Check in was quick and easy. Room was cool and clean. There was no smell and loved the tiled floors. Beds were super comfortable and bed linens were very soft. Will definitely stay here again! Don't let the outside fool you and take advantage of the lower rates.

The staff is always customer friendly. Often, like Ms. Soon Mi with House Keeping went out of her way to show me the shortest way to my second floor room and when it was still being cleaned allowed me to place my clothes and luggage in the room anyway. Kindness like this is why I return again and again. Rooms always extremely clean, too.

Nice, clean facility. Room was clean, fridge & microwave worked as they should, had coffee maker & hair dryer, also. Didn't feel like I was in a sketchy area. Will stay there again when we go to Corpus Christi for vacations. Only about a 30 minute drive to the beach & a THIRD of the cost.

Staff was friendly but unfortunately we had some issues. The 1st room we were in had a problem with the a/c on the second day and the room was super hot. We reported the issue and we were transferred to another room, the new room was not very clean but we had already moved all our stuff and at least we weren’t hot.

Everything was fine for the price but I will say the wifi was horrible and there was no Ethernet connection available so bring your own hotspot

We had a wonderful stay. Staff was friendly at check in and check out. Our room was clean and well kept. Our girls loved the pool. Overall, it was a great experience especially for the price. Would definitely stay again
