I never leave bad reviews if a place is rundown or in need of repairs, etc., but this hotel was dirty. Our bathroom had small hairs on the floor, the toilet seat, the walls were speckled with red stains, the black molding was covered with dirt. I took a wet washcloth with no soap and cleaned a few areas. The dirt came off easily, so I'm thinking they could be doing a better job. The pool was empty with work being done, and the hot tub was locked. The room was big enough and had a small refrigerator and microwave. There were tiny ants all over the table. Sorry, but I would never stay there again.

The 1st room they gave me had a plugged toilet with no maintenance on property to fix. The 2nd room was ok... nothing special.

Pool was being repaired. Noisy neighbours drinking outside of their room. Low water pressure and toilet barely flushed. Appeared to have long term residents. Poor customer service skills.

The staff was horrible I asked for towels never got them. Didn’t get in the door until 3 hours after check in. They kept saying wait 30 min more. They were rude. Additionally the pool was bi in service it was completely empty of water

My room had tiny roaches I told the people in the front desk to come fix a few things and clean the bathroom and they came and clean the bathroom but one of person when throw my mom purse and took money and a lottery ticket

Doesn’t look like the photos online. I took my shoes and socks off, then later took a shower and my feet were filthy. It’s right behind an iHop. So twice a huge truck came at 6am and unloaded supplies…sounded like an earthquake for about 30 minutes. Smelled of stale air or mold when the air conditioner kicked on. It’s cheap. And that’s what you get.

Horrible conditions, bed sheets dirty and stained, floors dirty,, mucus on the walls, no shower curtains, water went everywhere, sink broken, 2 towels for 4 guests. The list goes on.

They located in the area where they rent long term. When deciding to take a bath ,the faucet did not turn off. We had to move because until Monday they didn’t have anyone to fix the bathroom. By changing were able to see a beautiful side of the patio , I’m never seen a chain hotel in such disrepair

We had a good time in Naples, the room was clean but did not smell good and the room needs maintenance, they were friendly at the reception upon our arrival and departure.
