Great location for a city stay. Not far from the station and discounted car park. Staff lovely and helpful. Room had everything we needed for a great price . Great touch with the water dispenser. Well recommended

They restrict your control over the temperature of the room to no lower than 22C. It was too hot the entire time. Only opening the window helped and not nearly enough. Terrible Wifi that would cut in and out all the time. These corporate hotels need to let go of the central control and let the gets do what is best for them. Comfortable bed but bad bedding. Friendly staff and helpful. Nice to have free water/sparkling water and free espresso. Shower too open and needs a wall to block water going everywhere. Would not stay here again or any other Accor Hotel because of the temperature control not under my control.

Hotel is centrally located and the garage is an easy walk for parking. Spacious bathroom and a good bed. The river is a few metres away, and the rail station is a 3 minute walk. Good service at the front desk, if not as knowledgeable as one would hope.

small room but big enough to have a queen size bed. Has a safe, a smallish but adequate bathroom, a towel warmer. Enough electronic outlets. Clean, comfortable. Close to the train station and in easy walking distance to the historic center.

Great location, just a few minutes from the train station and on the way to the city centre. Very quiet inside and towards the street outside. Free coffee, tea and fruits in the lobby. The booking confirmation had mentioned a free upgrade, not sure what this was as based on the size of the room, it surely was a "Classic Room" - maybe the room being on the 2nd floor rather than on the 1st floor? Modern & arty feel. Clean minimal lines, spotlessly clean throughout. Wifi could have been faster. Didn't go for breakfast based on the price on site.

Excellent well priced hotel right in the centre of Strasbourg. For £60 we had a safe, tea and coffee making facilities, good air con, modern bathroom, good sized room, comfy bed and helpful staff.

The location is great, and check in was easy and fast. The room itself was quite nice, especially the thick curtains and fairly sound-proof windows. Only minor issues were no plugs near a mirror, making it a bit hard to style hair. Also, you could definitely hear people above when they were moving around/showering. Small rooms but very efficiently used space. Spotless! Rooms facing the rear (courtyard) are very quiet. I'm sensitive to noise and was not disturbed by either slamming doors, outside noise, or sound coming from other rooms. Very well located approximately 5 minutes from the gare (train station) and a short walk to the central square.

We came for just one night because of prior commitments and selected this hotel because of location, reviews and price. Everything was as it was supposed to be: clean room, comfortable bed. The A/C did stop cooling a couple of times, including in middle of the night and had to be reset. Breakfast was decent, not unlike better hotels.

When we arrived at the hotel with our heavy luggage, we were disappointed to find out there was no elevator to access our rooms on floors 2 and 3. The clerk, an 18 year old girl, offered assistance, but we carried them up ourselves.
The bathroom was directly behind the headboard with no wall, just a sliding glass door. The bathroom was split in 2 by the shower (which was fantastic!) There was no bathroom privacy!

Nicely furnished. Lift was small and often full. Room was European small, but bathroom was actually quite large. Espresso machine available in lobby. Was free, but changed to €2 per capsule during our stay for some reason. Did not try the breakfast (how good could it be for €17.50?).
Good location. Less than 10 minutes to the train station. 10 minutes to the covered bridge and about 15 minutes to the cathedral in the middle of town. Nice bakery open 7 days across the road, 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk.
Would stay there again.
