Front desk was very friendly and efficient. They gave me precise instructions on how to use their key cards, which must have been an issue . But I had no problems.
They even had a trick or treat jar on front desk.
Shower drain was clogged. Notified them, but I don’t know if it was fixed.
Overall a bit dated, but satisfactory for a night.

I would call it average. The room was "fairly" clean but horribly outdated and needed some updating. The bath tub/shower was peeling, grimy, and very old. I mean for the prices, I suppose you get what you pay for.

Nice size room, a table and chairs was a bonus. Clean room, easiest access. Close to things we needed. Thank you for being pet-friendly!

Front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming. Suggestion for Cleaning staff to check drawers when cleaning we found socks in one of our drawers. Also, they should pay attention to details like our tub still had a bathtub ring around it.
Breakfast in morning was delicious, a good start for our day.

Front desk attendant was very informative, cordial and expediant.
I gave my name upon arrival. He knew I had a reservation without the computer. I felt like he had done his homework and was actually looking forward to checking us into our room.
When I asked about nearby dinning he actually checked to see which reputable establishments were open and when they closed.

You get what you pay for! Definitely is a two star hotel and I knew it wouldn’t be great when I booked it, just did it for the price. However I was really disappointed in the cleanliness. Sheets were stained, the floors were dirty, and we found a roach IN our bed. Luckily we had our dog and he quickly killed it but still. Not happy about the dirt and bugs.
I will say that the staff was super nice. Probably more kind and helpful than most hotels I’ve been to. Would rate the staff 5 stars. Hotel itself maybe 2.

the room without exhaust fan in the bad room, noise in the pool music at high volume, unclean walk way, no coffee in the breakfast, plastic eggs, no wheat bread, no cheese, the pool unclean inside hairs and some leaf of plants, etc. the floor dirty and stained, a old tire in the garden, the side room destroyed window and door, no recommended for any circumstance

I took a fall at the front door and two people from the front desk came and helped me up and made sure I got inside and sitting down.

Property was fine, just not in the nicest area, the extra lock didn’t work very well, it felt a little grungy. Just didn’t feel the safest for a female traveling alone.

The pool was out of service which was disappointing for my kids. Other than that it was good for our needs.

It needs some renovations, bathroom was not that clean, bed covers were stain, AC didn’t have enough power for cool air, I wasn’t happy that the pool had been closed, I checked on Google reviews a few days before going and it stated from the reviews that pool had been closed for a while but unfortunately I already had booked from a month before. It’s a bummer, I like to take my child to the pool, she loves it and she was not a happy little girl. And I couldn’t even cancel because it was at a nun refundable rate. The only good thing about the stay was the rep at the front desk , he was very nice, helpful and courteous. Thank you.

This Quality Inn was nice, but had some really frustrating features too. The room was clean, and all of the amenities were nice! Also the front desk help was amazing— very helpful and kind.
But the key cards to get into the rooms are AWFUL. Sometimes it would take me 10 minutes to get into my room because the key card wouldn’t work, even after getting it redone at the front desk.
Also the water pressure in the bathroom sink was nonexistent. Also frustrating
Shower was nice, but kind of smelt.
Honestly was a convenience stay and wouldn’t stay here again.

Uncleaned tub, insects, poor service during the check in process, not service to room. Pool and Jacuzzi out or order during our stay. No good odor in corredors.

Loved that there are special pet friendly rooms with no carpet. Was very disappointed the pool and hot tub were closed the entire time in 100 degree weather.

This hotel was okay, what was rediculously inconvenient is that there key cards and doors are not keyed correctly so you send about 5 minutes trying to slide your key card over the sensor multiple times until the door opens. Staff is aware and tells you how to do it. The pool was so disgusting! There were gobs of fake hair in the pool laying at the bottom with debris floating all over along with a film of dirt you could see floating on the surface. We turned around went back to our room. The next morning same. Clearly they dont clean or use chemicals to maintain it properly. Room was clean so that was a plus. Staff were nice. I would not return because of the key issue and the pool!

Pool was filthy, bugs, garbage, tree parts in pool. Went to room stains on bathroom floor. The blow dryer was ripped out of the wall. No cable channels were working. Not worth my $70

Expedia has poor communication with properties. expedia advertises costs and services that do not exist at the property when you arrive. A) they don’t have the room/cost as listed. they don’t have pet rooms. pet fees not clearly included in price if room

The smell of the front desk area was uninviting, the bug I’ve seen, the parking lot to small for a truck, the price is not worth the room, and other then that the guy at the front desk was very nice to fine me a different room.
