When my employes got in . They were unablw.to fond the reservatiin. Had to argue with the front desk clerk on the phone. He also asked sor a safety deposit. Witch is ok, but asked me.to fill a procuration, unacceptable. Over all poor service.

Clean and fairly quiet. It looks like the hotel is being updated incrementally - some things are obviously new, while other things will need to be replaced soon - but everything is very clean and functional.

Good place, we were there for 3 nights mixing work and pleasure. People working there were polite but not the most welcoming. TV needed an upgrade, you could barely see on the screen. Location was good with a lot of stores around.

Well situated… the only thing is that they do not serve the breakfast within the restaurant but I stead we need to get a box at reception in the morning.. I assume lack of employees is the excuse but I kind of find this cheap for the price we pay

Carpets in hallway needed to be replaced. Once I was in bed I received a call from the front desk that they had mistakenly given another customer the same room and a key.

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Our room was lovely with ‘big’ mini fridge, microwave, comfy cozy beds and nice shower. Wifi worked perfectly!

Good basic motel in boring part of town

The hotel is off the main road and a short 5 min drive to the pier for events and nice restaurants. The building is old and currently under renovations. In the hallways there were peeling walls and hotel always smelled of cigarettes. The room was nice however walls are paper thin, we heard the neighbour talking on the phone for a long time and clearly hear each word. Reception was not helpful. When asked about excursions they looked at us with a black stare and said they didn’t no without offering to guide us to another resource for help. Lastly, I would recommend putting the outdoor ashtrays on the side of the building. They are currently located in the front so if you’re coming in, you have to go through a cloud of smoke to get in the building. I wouldn’t stay again.

I specifically chose this hotel because it had a Restaurant/Bar, as I travel for business and like to not have to leave the premises.
On my arrival, before I checked in, I asked the front desk to confirm that there was a restaurant, they said no, actually it’s closed presently.
I pointed out that I needed a hotel with restaurant, and this was false advertising, and if they could refer one, I would appreciate, they told me there was not such a thing in their city, so I booked there as it was late and was tired from my trip.
In the morning, at my great surprise, I notice that right across the street was hotel with restaurant.
Clerk and manager lied to me and were extremely rude.
I must point out that I reached out on the phone to Expedia support, and agent was no help what so ever!

La chambres étais propre quoiqu'un peu humide a l'arrivé. Le service étais impeccable. La seul mauvaise note: Les murs des chambres sont mal isolé et insonorisé. On entend très bien les voisins ou le personel qui nettoie les chambres tôt le matin. Je devais baissé le son de la tv le soir pour pas détangé les autres occupants
