Overall the stay was fine. The room was “clean” but the toilet was stained like it hadn’t been flushed in a month or so. The toilet flushed super slow.

My stay was quick. The TV channels were all messed up and the sprinklers let water in the room through the warped door that wouldn't deadbolt. This was due to a warped door and misaligned lock. The water puddle was a 18'' puddle right in front of the door on the inside of the room.

Hotel staff and security are all welcoming! Biggest bathtubs I’ve seen in a hotel without being jacuzzi tubs, still perfect for a soak!

The parking was free was a nice benefit. Turn lane into/out of hotel could be better marked if the city permits it as the hotel is off a busy street. I pass by it the first time I came to the hotel, but was able to turn around. The bathroom only had a few towels and the pool had no towels. The bathroom ceiling over the shower showed a prior repair from a leak from the 2nd floor room's shower above it as it was not repaired properly or there was a new leak as part of the ceiling had brown/yellow water stains and the textured coat look either rushed/inadequate or a new or current leak.

I had a really great experience at this hotel, but I paid for a king sized bed in a non-smoking room. Instead of a non-smoking room I was put in one that was smoker friendly, next to a nonsmoking room. The people working there were extremely kind and the rooms were very clean. Thank you for my stay.

I think this used to be an office building 40 years ago. There is peeling paint, damaged walls and grunge everywhere. One of the washcloths was dirty before we even used it. Worst of all was that the sliding glass door was completely unsafe! It opened to a "patio" (whose external wall was low so easily breached) was on the other side of a common walkway, meaning anyone could walk right by our patio. Despite the fact that the door had one of those upside down u locks added after the fact, I pulled on it to be sure it was locked and it opened about an inch, when it hit the limit of the "ulock". I assumed someone had left the door handle lock undone. I slid the door closed, flipped that lock and tried again. It still opened an inch. It would take little to push up the ulock that stretched across that open space. There was no TV signal. The beds were on these weird metal frames/box springs, that made ridiculous noises like banging on a can when you moved on them. The bathroom mirror had two stickers on it from the management. No Drugs and No marijuana. Awesome!! This place was downright frightening for my adult daughter and I! I slept with my car keys next to me and my phone under my pillow. Don't stay there!

Very noisy late at night and early morning. Our room was next to their workers laundry and maintenance rooms. VERY NOISY. Under renovations at the time of our stay. Floors were beautiful. Not much more to say. Would not stay there again.

Had a mattress that was completely worn out the TV was on when we walked in the coffee pot was there but not stocked there were burn marks in the sink anf tub and holes in the bathroom door that I got charged 400 dollars for that were already there.

Very clean, very simple motel. The only downside really is the fact that there is major construction going on the freeway right behind the rooms so if you need absolute silence, you may wanna look elsewhere, but if you want a clean room at a decent price, this is the place.

Do not stay there. It was dangerous for someone my age. I lost my first night payment event though they we able to rent my room out that same evening.to stay there.

Very bad experience. Was given a room someone was already in. Went back to office and let them know and lady at desk said so sorry tried to blame it on gentleman putting wrong number for key cards. When we heard her say room that she first gave us. Pillows were not standard size were half size and hard. Will never stay with them very bad experience.

There were screws on the ground and stains on towels and bedding it didn't look like my room was cleaned before I checked in early.

Front desk staff made the stay easy and comfortable. Rooms we decent. And comfortable. Bathroom was a little dated but over all a great spot.

My wife would not stay after we check in and drove around to our room and drug deal was going down. We asked for our money and they charged me for one night ($90) and the charged the full week we had planned to stary ($590) TWICE. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY TO BE CREDITIED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was recently renovated but I don't think they wiped down the walls or ceiling down from the smoke. You can smell it as soon as you open the door.

The outside looks ghetto but the staff and the inside of rooms were good. The bathroom fan was a little loud like it was about to go out. But we had a good nights sleep. The tv remote had no batteries so couldn't watch that but it wasn't that big of a deal

When we got there, they want to charge me $50 because I was checking 10 minutes earlier. I thought that was dumb and when I got into the room, the toilet was yellowish inside. There was no toilet paper. The floor was dirty like sweep or mop.

The sink stopper was missing. I liked the sunken tub, but a vertical hand grip on the wall for getting in and out would really be nice for folks with arthritis to assist in getting in and out. The overall condition of the property was what I would expect for and older set of buildings, therefore the average rating, not due to problems.
