Very nice hotel, in a beautiful setting just at the foot of the ski slopes, and adjacent golf course, beautiful views. Super clean, very comfortable bed and bedding, quiet.
Some restaurants close by, but none within walking distance.
A special mention for the pools (indoor, and outdoor in season) and outside hot tubs, clean and supersize!! A very nice feature.
Very easy access, free parking, nice in house restaurant "le Nordik", and bar, good food, nice modern décor, lots of wood and warm atmosphere.
Highly recommend this hotel, for all seasons. Quebec city about 40 minutes away, easy drive.

Hotel itself was beautiful . I believe restaurant an extremely elevated for the clientele at this hotel . I noticed a lot of outdoors enthusiasts, mountain bikers etc staying at the hotel . I think the restaurant should have had a “ scaled down menu” from the sweetbread options at dinner . They had a burger on the menu , but that’s about it . Maybe two restaurants ? One more formal , one more “ relaxed”? The funny thing is the breakfast seemed lacking despite the heavy price tag ( maybe an omelet station or waffle maker available ?)The restaurant down the road “ St Bernard” is more the vibe this hotel should have with the onsite restaurant . There also needs to be a bit more security in hotel or rules about unattended children in the hotel . There was a large group of tweens running around the hotel , messing around in the exercise room , causing havoc in game room with no parent to be found . One of the guests had to call the front desk to address . Love the hotel , would stay again despite the small issues above ( I just won’t eat there )

Positive experience overall.
Attractive modern chalet esthetic with minimalist design features. Our family of four were comfortable in the two Queen bed room. All white bedding and comfortable mattresses. Safe and refrigerator provided but no microwave. Large refillable bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided. Be careful when dispensing the gel and conditioner as the shower floor easily becomes very slippery. The lowest setting on the room thermostat was only 73 degrees Fahrenheit which was not cool enough for me but my husband was very happy. Starbucks and restaurant available on main level. Parking was included with our stay.
Quebec City is a 30 minute drive away. Parking lots or street parking cost a little under $20 CAD per day, payable only by card or Apple Pay.
This hotel employs sustainable practices therefore pool towels are provided in your hotel room and asked to be re-used. My room did not include robes for traveling to and from pool areas. Although I did see some guests with robes. My children enjoyed the game room area although the billiard and ping pong tables are in need of updates and maintenance due to overuse. Staff were all very polite and provided support when needed.
I chose this hotel because I wanted to be surrounded by nature, but perhaps will choose a hotel closer to the city next time because restaurant options are better in Quebec City in my opinion.

Very clean. Pools were lovely and the mountain backdrop was beautiful. Lacks room service and food options - which was disappointing. Noise also seems to carry in the rooms - not super quiet

Beautiful location . Great facilities. Short drjve to dining options but not walking distance to anything. Food was terrific but service ,though polite, extremely slow. Servers and bartenders would stand and chat seemingly ignoring you. Food took a long time but extremely good.

Great staff and a decent venue. There were a few issues with the kitchen equipment, but overall it was a very good experience and I would still recommend this place. However, the area immediately around the hotel is not ideal for the summer season.
