The staff was kind, courteous and friendly. Room service was quick. The rooms were quiet, especially the havoc unit. The only issue was the sticky tile in the foyer and bathroom. I really don’t believe the tile was dirty, I believe the floor wasn’t rinsed well when moped and the stickiness was dried soap. Overall, a very nice stay.

Front staff was helpful. Young man helped with a bandaid when I Injured my hand on the door latch. The towels were past the date of retirement. At my house. the dog would not use them. The floor as cold and damp. We were disappointed in the Hilton Hotel. Guess ups should watch your ads. I miss the days of daily room service.

Our stay was great with very comfortable beds. Front desk clerk was very helpful and nice.

One elevator did not work for the 5 days I was there, one entrance way was closed due to water but smelled like sewage the rest of the week, fan control did not work it ran continuously and could not change room until next day, 2 people in room but only one chair and staff would not provide a second chair

Very nice hotel, remodeled about a year ago. Nice greeting. Only problem the towels were small and thin.

It is very hard to get in and out of this property. This said it was a lovely hotel - with cookies upon arrival and a wonderful breakfast. The breakfast had so many choices!!!

I loved the decor in my room it was so welcoming. The beds were comfortable. Diverse television programming. I also loved the added safety feature in the shower, the grab bar. This was my first time at the Hampton and they delivered in exceptional hospitality and customer service.

Great, clean hotel

I ordered a hotel at Microtel first, my son got there and they said they had no rooms. Got sent to a sister hotel, then said he had to be 21. We waited over an hour on the phone while yall checked other hotels, all said has to be 21. Then we got disconnected. We called back and finally after over 2 hours he was able to stay at the Hampton Inn. Our son was traveling from Alamama (from college) to NC for Thanksgiving. The total trip is 12 hours. He needed to stay somwhere because he got a migraine and could not drive any further. He was far from home, crying, sick feeling from the headache and just needed to lay his head down but could not. WE have been with Hotel.com for several years and never experienced such turmoil and frustration and dissatisfaction.

Just needed an overnight after a concert. Perfect place to stay. I felt secure. The night clerk was very helpful.
