all super good just , always one particular inconvenience, the elevators are frequently out of order whenever I visit, which is two to three times a year.

Love the friendly staff , stayed 4 days and 3 nights. The renovated hotel rooms are really nice. This was our second time staying at this Holiday Inn and we plan on staying here again when we come back. I highly recommend this Hotel.

The place was clean, well located, personnel very helpful. The Hotel need maintenance and repairs in some areas. Good breakfasts included.

Only one elevator working most of the time, sometimes both elevators broken

This is a hotel that time has started showing signs of catch up. The front desk staff was mid friendly and welcoming. The restaurant staff as well. The housekeeping lady was nice even after we told her there were lots of hair on the bathroom floor upon check in. We did not have any body wash soap or shampoo in the shower tub. Kind of disappointing once you are in that it is empty. We called the next morning when we left and they refilled. Even though we did not use, the sofa has some huge craters in it. It really needs to be replaced. After all that said, the hotel overall is nice. I am glad to see that it has withstood the test of time.

Just plain awful experience, the hotel was overcrowded with children, people drinking and extremely loudly in the pool, impossible to rest, the rooms don't represent the price paid. Won't come again

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot.

I'm very disappointing with the check inn. We had to travel becaue a dead in the family. We had travel all night long. We arrived at the property at 12:00pm explained to the receptionist our situations and begged her to please gives us a room to fresh up an go to be with our family. We didn't get our room until 3:00pm. She mades wait!😡 Her argument was she didn't have clean rooms available. The following day I spoke with a lady that does the cleaning and asked her what time she start working and she told me "7:00am, I have to start at 7:00am".

I like the staff (mainly the cleaning staff) are very friendly and comprehensive. The location is great, and the parking is excellent. The building is old and some of the faucets, shower, bath tube, and furniture are worn, but overall is great and convenient.

Breakfast food choices were limited. Room shower head not secure. Front desk presons too busy to provide answers to questions

Outstanding!! I stayed at the Marriott in town which was nice and supposedly the nicest place in town. I preferred the Holiday Inn much more. Don’t think I’ve stayed in a cleaner hotel!! And I’ve traveled all across the US. The staff was incredibly curtious and friendly, super attentive. They went over and above! There was a some construction on the street but the windows and doors kept the noise out. Location was great. Especially if your American. There is a major grocery store right across the stree. Also a great combination of US Chain restaurants (Burger King, Carls Jr, WingStop, Domino’s, Appleby’s, Chili’s, etc) and local joints to match (Tacos, gorditas, burittos, pizza and Chinese food) I never made it to their free breakfast but my brother and wife said they loved it. I was in town for 16 days and ended up staying at the Holiday Inn for 12. I would have spent my entire trip there if I knew how great the hotel and staff were. My next trip to Torreón will be spent at the Holiday Inn Express. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

The Holiday inn express is a very nice hotel. But the complementary breakfast leave litte to imagine. And our room air-conditioning need to be repaired twice.
