It was very uncomfortable loud I mad a complaint online and the next morning at 9 AM he was knocking on my door. I got to the door. He said Miss Hopson what’s the problem with his arms folded?

Staff is friendly. Room was clean however there were small fruir fly size flies around the sink. Plugged the over flow drain holes and that seemed to help. Water at sink was luke warm only.

They were very rude. I ended up not even sleeping there. (Worked late) And still didn’t get my deposit back.

Overnight stay. The hotel is older but the room was nice. We weren’t looking for Hilton style service and didn’t expect such. We were very happy with our room and the cleanliness and comfort. It served our purpose well. Service at check in and check out were fine. We will stay here again.

Overall satisfied with the check in employees at front desk and was a quiet area and room was wonderful for the price well kept. I'm definitely going to book again soon even though i didnt do no shopping this time their was shopping center near by and great food places as well as a walmart.

My wife had to change the sheets and the staff did not even care and told me that the cleaning lady would not like us becouse we paid for a late checkout and the dayvof our checkout the cleaning lady walked around our room with extreme attitude and very unwelcoming and would never recommend 😑

Driving across the county and needed a place to sleep to take a break from sleeping in the car to save money. This place met all my expectations! Clean, so comfortable, had laundry and the front desk associate was so friendly. Would highly recommend. So happy I could find a clean and safe place to sleep that didn’t cost and arm and a leg! That’s getting harder and harder these days.

The ease of access off the interstate was great. Staff was perfect with customer service. Central location to shopping and excellent food options. This will be our go to in Collinsville, Il. from now on!!

FRONT DESK WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITH THE CHANGES WE NEEDED DONE TO MAKE OUR STAY MORE COMFORTABLE.

Horribly loud. People having extremely loud sex in the room next to mine. Dumpster emptied in the middle of the night. Cars peeling out. Arrived at midnight, didn’t get to sleep until 2:30.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. Someone was always available when we needed assistance and our room was clean. Along with the complimentary breakfast, there were multiple restaurants conveniently within walking distance. We felt very taken care of here.

Room was clean and sufficient for me and my husband. Right next door was a Denny’s. We were pulling a trailer so once parked we could just walk to have a meal. The check in lady was very nice. Not a fancy place, but comfortable and clean.

The room was clean except for cobwebs on the ceiling, could have used a vacuuming. Bed was comfortable, shower was excellent, desk help was very good, friendly and helpful. The only real complaint was the breakfast. Nothing more than juice, coffee, and packaged pastry.

Despite the lower rating I booked this hotel knowing the area and how convenient it was located to food and interstate. With the low price per night I figured i could easily spend the saved money to eat a hot breakfast else were and that was a great plan due to the fact that they don't have much of any real breakfast, just some mini donuts, juices coffee and water. With that being said the rest of the stay was great. The staff that I met were very nice and friendly, the rooms that we had were quite comfortable, clean and modern and I was very impressed considering the reviews and for the price I couldn't complain at all. Very happy over all and will definitely book a room here again.

The location of this hotel is great, so many shops and places to eat and right by the convention center. Hotel is old and definitely could use an upgrade and probably should be a little cheaper because it isn't that nice but the staff were very helpful and friendly and it was clean.

Booked a non-smoking room because I don't smoke. They say I did and charged me $200. If I were a smoker of ANYTHING I would have booked a smoking room. Apparently they can just make stuff up, make false accusations and charge you for it. I don't know how long they have been running this scam, but be warned and stay elsewhere. They are fraudulent thieves!

Broken furniture. Dirty. Toilet kept running all night. Shower had a device for shampoo and shower gel (soap), but it was completely empty.
