Upon check in the receptionist advised I cancelled my reservations when I did not. Then he sent us to a room where maintenance was working. We were finally given a room. The door didn't seem secure.

Don’t stay here room we stayed here 3 nights and the only reason was cause we already paid and it was non refundable. It smelled like roach spray in the room they have signs up that say no smoking but yet the entire hotel smells like weed. They have signs up that say you get your 150.00 pet deposit back when you check out then don’t want to give it back after you leave your room spotless with no damages. I had a service animal and they insisted I had to show them paper work so I didn’t pay the pet deposit They want to try and tell me it wasn’t a deposit it was an animal fee when the guy tells me it a refundable. They are a very money hungry hotel they breakfast was the same and they never had nothing to drink but coffee and milk if you don’t get there first you don’t get breakfast because they don’t restock anything. They will check you towels and sheets and accuse you of stains when they haven’t even washed anything when it could clearly be just dirt since we where there 3 days with kids and not towel change of cleaning of the room but we knew they came in our room because they kept turning off our heat/ac. Just don’t stay hear unless you want to be ripped

Wonderful stay! Pet friendly made it extra wonderful. Staff is very friendly and kind. Room was clean and bed/pillows were comfortable. Quiet, aswell. Definately recommend staying here, as we will definately be staying again.

This was a nice, affordable stay. We were in town to visit family and just needed a place to sleep and shower. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The staff was great and accommodated every need of ours. The TV in our room didn’t work and within minutes they came with a new TV. We asked for extra towels and again we got them immediately. Very nice stay.

Was traveling with a pet and utilized a pet-friendly room. Large bathroom was perfect for the crate.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We got in late from a baseball games and they let the boys in the pool even though it was after hours. That was very nice of them. The breakfast was pretty good as well. We would definitely stay again.

The clerk was very unprofessional and rude. We had booked 5 rooms which were to 2 queen beds in each room. 3 out of the were correct. The last they had to call patrons to see how many beds they really needed, so they could swap rooms around to get our last 2 room reservations correct. All rooms were prepaid. 4 out 5 were allowed to use a credit or debt card for incidental charges. The last room was required to put Diane a $100 cash deposit. Upon checkout the desk clerk went u check the room and came back told him before getting the cash deposit back the housekeeping would have to check the room. Which was unacceptable as they had be somewhere by a certain time and since the clerk check the and additional check was going to make them late. This type request and they our member of our group was completely outrageous!!

The air was not on when we checked in at 9:00pm it was a very hot day. The room was so hot. When I told the front desks the guy wouldn’t take his Bluetooth out of his ear while he was on a personal call while running the front desk. He literally just said “then turn on the air”. The tv wouldn’t work or connect to anything. We stayed in the 3rd floor and it smelled like bad fish. The bed was so saggy in the middle that you would roll to the low spot. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

It was a ok place to stay for what I needed close to Arrowhead right off the road and plenty of places to go I'll stay there again

The property is very musty and outdated. Wasn’t dirty but also not positive it was totally clean. Has everything you would need but definitely glad we were there for a short night. Breakfast is extremely limited.

The staff is always very nice too me and my son. This is our preferred hotel to stay at when visiting my boy. The pool and hot tub add a nice feel to our stay here. The breakfast could use some updating.

The hotel experience was good . It is hard to find! It is on a road in bAck. Of other buildings. The Breakfast hD no juice machine. Coffee is no existent at night however tbere is a coffee pot in room.

The staff was nice when we first got there. Then went to breakfast and they didnt want to feed us anything. Its supposed to ne a hot breakfast. Then they refused to give us are deposit back because they said we had to many people in the room. we had 2 rooms which contain 1 adult and 3 kids. Then the nerve of these people called the police on us and said we stole their TVs. I would not stay here. We go out of town all the time and this was by far the worse experience i have ever had at a hotel.

Men’s restroom the worst dirty condition. Ice maker had red spill all over and smelled sour. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee full was of grounds with bread and a big jar of peanut butter with a plastic knife on the counter to eat will not be back. Staff was friendly.

Elevator was filthy, hallway outside my room had not been vacuumed, the wi-fi wasn’t operational, and the desk clerk was difficult to understand. By far, my worst stay ever in a Best Western property.

Only real complaint. Is they did not have the AC turned on in the room before we checked in. Was over 90 in the room. Other then that everything was good. Was their for 4 days. All the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Not very pet friendly. All pets were put on the third floor. If your pet does not like elevators, you get to climb two flights just to get to your room. And there is very little grass near the stairs and almost none near the front door where the elevator is. Also, there is only 1 trash can outside for disposing of bagged waste, by the front door. Otherwise, the place was alright.
