This is one of the nicer places to stay in Ely. They try very hard to be a five star hotel in a two star town.

This was our second stay and will not be our last. Property is well located with good parking. On-property restaurant, JT"s Steakhouse, is excellent. Pricing seems a little high for the community, but the value exceeds the price. My steak was delicious and so big that I could not finish it. JT's also does a great breakfast15% more expensive than Denny's, but 40% better.

We had to leave a day early for health reasons but the room met our needs very well for the day we were there and the staff was very helpful. Hopefully we'll be refunded for the early check out

You can tell they have invested quite a bit of money in this Ramada. The rooms were excellent, and I will stay here again for sure

Awesome hotel! Excellent customer service! Clean rooms! Great delicious food at bar and restaurant! If visiting Great Basin NP I recommend staying here!

The room was as advertised but not in the location we imagined apparently this hotel has an Annex across the street that is set up motel style and that's where we "booked".
I say "booked" because at time of writing there is no difference on the hotels.com website between the rooms other than one room cost $20 more.
When I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk informed me of all this and said that there's nothing they can do to move us or even offer as a paid upgrade.
The room was still great and looked just like in the picture. Pillows and bed were comfortable.
It was just frustrating that we were in the annex, rather than the main hotel.

Staff was great and helpful. We stayed in an annexed building. The room was pretty basic, but clean. The bed was like a marshmallow, it was horribly soft. When I sat on the edge the ends of the bed came up. We kept rolling to the center all night. The main building is very lovely. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious and fairly priced. We would have liked earlier opening hours for the pool and restaurant, but again, the restaurant was super good and the pool looked very nice. Pool doesn’t open until 10:00 am, so we couldn’t use it before we had to leave. This is a very nice hotel overall. We would stay here again.

Always stay at the Ramada in Ely when we drive through. Good restaurants for choice to eat and it's quiet.

We pick this hotel because the pool and hot tub. We checked in and they put us in another building across the 4 lane hyway. My wife is having knee and hip issues and was looking forward to a good soaking. No changing rooms. I guess should be more disappointed with hotels. com who we booked with for not knowing this.

Breakfast was said to be included, but instead a $4 voucher was given toward the restaurant.
The shower head was at about 5’6”
Other than that the experience was okay.

They put us in a room on the second floor. No elevator. We are both senior citizens. Was not good, ask next day to transfer to room across the street with elevator, young man was very nice. We changed rooms.

My dog and I checked in with Fernando and he was very pleasant and informative about our room. Since I was traveling with a pet our room was across the street from the casino/hotel but it was very nice and I couldn’t tell that other pets had been in the room! Great property for travelers with pets!

This was a case of false advertising. I made my reservations on line and was advised, once I arrived at the hotel, that the free breakfast, offered on line was not valid. I was also advised that my room was across the street in a small motel type building. The desk person says this has been a continual problem with reservations made online.
The employees were very polite and great to work with.

Customer service was lacking. Room was not ready at the stated check-in time which was disappointing after a long day in the car. Room was not clean and there was a lot of street noise. There is good a Mexican restaurant right next door which saved the day.

I liked that there was a restaurant on the property and breakfast was also at an early enough time for us early risers. The room was clean and had ample pillows and towels. Also glad there was a coffee pot in the room and a small refrigerator.

I do what to state that the people at the front desk were nice. The room was outdated, but clean. It states that they had breakfast, but that was not true. A lot of the room was outdated, the faucet in the sink was falling off. We had our plans changed and stayed another night that was too expensive for what we got. If someone asked if I'd go back, I'd have to say no, not for the price, I've stayed in rooms that were 1/2 the price was nicer. Change that breakfast included which in my opinion is false advertising.

I was very impressed. The rooms were clean and comfortable and it was very, very quiet. All staff that i encountered were super nice. I will definitely stay here again.

The picture of the breakfast area is totally misleading. There is NO complimentary breakfast area. You get a sack breakfast that you need to take back to your room to heat up. Also, not a fan of employee drama in the lobby area. Was not very professional.
