Ok so we wanted to stay here because of the pool my 5yr old wanted to swim. Their was no pool its closed for however long, the pillows in the room were half pillows a king bed and we got 3 half pillows. And breakfast 4/10 they had the basic stuff at its best! I juat think if u say or show then it should look or show whn u arrive. The staff wasnt bad at all just the little things that woulda made it better.

The room was good. The lobby and elevators were super dirty. The breakfast was very small. Nice people at the front.

Check in was a bit slow. Lady at check in was confused by a Canadian driver’s license. She was not rude but not friendly or welcoming. The room was clean and a decent size. Variety at breakfast including fresh fruit. Good for one night passing through.

Priced affordable

They advertise a full breakfast is included, however there were only waffles and pastries. The pool area was closed. I stayed there last month and the pool was also closed then.

The hotel is dirty, carpets are terrible, sofa in the room dirty, bathroom dirty, is not what I expected

The property is worn out. The employees are keeping it clean and as nice as possible.

The property was clean. Check-in was easy. The only issue was our bathroom sink was plugged and they never came to fix it.

Terrible service

My kids were not happy, the pool was down Again, no notice on the website that is down for renovation. It was down in may as well when we stayed last time. We were told it was needing a part for repairs back in May. Now apparently its being remodeled. Our shower curtain had black mold on it. Big health issue right there. The morning breakfast was ok but the eggs seem like a powdered type egg and the sausages were still cold. The Ice machine area was filthy. Looks like mold on the floor surrounding the Ice machine. Only thing good about this place was that the Staff was really Nice and helpful. Don't like the small pillows they have on the bed.

Our room was spacious, clean, an the bed was comfortable. The staff were all helpful an nice. Our stay would be better if the pool an spa we're working. I liked the chairs in our room they were both comfortable.

Didnt like that the pool was not working and It didn't mention it was not working.

Very friendly staff! And they let you use the pool/hot tub down the street while they renovate!

Great hotel and great service

This is the second time in a little over a month we have stayed in Hobbs and BOTH times we purposely picked a hotel with a hot tub and both times when we checked in we were told that pools/hot tubs were under construction. That was the entire reason for our stay so to say im pissed is an understatement!

Cleanliness and staff are very respectable!

Bed was okay, pillows are tiny. Breakfast was good. Walls are thin - could hear people walking in the hallways and overhead. Kind of dated but we were told the property is being refurbished this spring. I'd stay there again - price was right.

The staff were rude and extreme unclear of policy and fees. I wasnt charged a security deposit for 3 weeks I stayed there. Then one day my card was charged $250 without my authorization. The front desk told me their manager hardly comes to work and when he did he printed out a NEW POLICY and just went to charging everyone's card. Upon checking out I made sure my room was clean. All trash inside one trash bag and all dirty towels folded in one pile. The front desk said she's submitting for my deposit to be refunded. The NEXT DAY, my card has been charged for an additional $100 and when I called they said there was a broken mirror and the room was so dirty they couldn't even rent it. Neither statement is even remotely true. I feel my wife and I were unfairly targeted and treated extremely unfairly when we go out of our way to be above average tenants. I absolutely plan to fight these allegations and report this absurd treatment as long as I need to.

The pool was under maintenance and that is why we picked this property.
