When we arrived, we found feces in the toilet and the bathroom had not been cleaned. We asked the front desk to have housekeeping clean the bathroom while we were out. The bathroom was never cleaned the three nights we were there. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not stay there again.

The hotel was nice. In dealing the company regarding being charged for a second day that we cancelled on Tuesday before our check in day on Friday, they were horrible. I have had to dispute the charges on my card. I have never been treated so poorly by a service industry person (phone).

Nice property. Convenient yet quiet area. Pool was rather small. Staff was courreous. Would stay here again.

Front desk was friendly, professional, and helpful. They had the answer to my every question, day or night the room was clean and fresh. Parking was plentiful. Thank you for an excellent stay.

The hotel was great. My issue was with Expedia. I had updated my stay prior to checking in, several days before, to add an additional night. I received a confirmation email with my updated itinerary but the hotel did not. Luckily I asked on the last morning of my original stay and was able to book my final night direct with them and stay in the same room but very disappointed with Expedia for that

I enjoyed everything except not being able to access my streaming services, such as Netflix. The breakfast also left much to be desired. I wasn’t a fan of any of the potato options.

My room had water leaking from the roof in the bathroom and it also had water leaks spots from a previous roof leak.

Great Staff. Continental bfast. Checkout not til noon! Checked in by 2pm!! Convenient to ever ee thing n alot within walking distance. Local restaurant rec is Forest Hill Grill 👍

Pros: Safe location with clean, spacious rooms and amazing free breakfast options.
Cons: Poor TV entertainment options. No streaming services like Netflix. Walls are extremely thin and this location is near active train tracks.

Room was clean, beds were comfy, 4 pillows per bed was excellent, water pressure and hot water in shower was perfect! The only thing I did not like was the misleading email with room price and taxes. The email indicated a room price of $187 + $26 in taxes for a total of $213. I was surprised when I arrived when I was charged an additional $42 in taxes for a total of $255. My question is why does the tax amount seem to change daily? Why couldn’t the final price reflect the accurate tax amount?

I Litterally liked my whole stay here. We brought our service dog with us on this trip. The staff was very kind to him. Night time staff was very friendly . Day time staff (christine) was also very nice ..i wish i had gotten the names of the night audit one was just starting there and the other lady gave me a helpful list of places to eat and engaged in goid conversation with me. Our room was very clean , breakfast in the morning was amazing, good variety of food.. so glad we booked here.

Our TV and coffee maker didn’t work so went to front desk for help. Women just walked to the back office as I was talking to her. I thought she was calling someone, but she never came back. She said we couldn’t get a new room. Went to get coffee from the lobby ‘24 hour’ coffee station and it was ice cold. She said it wasn’t her job to make coffee and we would have to wait to 6am. I have never met a ruder, lazier front desk person!

The location of the hotel was close to everything that I needed. There are plenty of restaurants within a couple of miles. The hotel was older, but it was very clean and quiet. Which for me means a lot. The front desk staff in the afternoon was super friendly and helpful; the morning staff at checkout...not so much. She was not very pleasant! I did not have time to enjoy the breakfast. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

The only major complaint was the king size bed was horrible. The mattress needed to be replaced years ago
I told the front desk employee on Tuesday and Wednesday how horrible the mattress was and did not receive any comment from the staff. We did not get much sleep due to the mattress

The property was a little dated as far as decor. However, it was spotless. The employees were all extremely nice and welcoming. Parking was a breeze. The rooms have large flat screen TV's with a variety of cable channels as well as Nest thermostats. Also, the complimentary breakfast was top tier (I personally LOVED the mini omelets). I would certainly stay here again!
