This facility charged me double for the deposit fee and did not reimburse me for it. Therefore, I’m in the negative in my account.

It was ok the main lobby wasn’t as lively and inviting as I expected. The room was clean but surely showed signs of wear and tear from usage and being out dated. The vending room with the ice machine was just the ice maker and it smelt wet slightly musty type smell in the room. The pool area was I incomplete on the floor it wasn’t inviting as to go and swim. The area was smelly like smoking. I felt that with cost to book there. The location needs to upgrade areas for customers appeal and appearance.

We had an 11 o’clock check out time and housekeeping knocked on our door at 10 o’clock. Disrupting a nap I was taking. They should know not to disturb the checkouts until after 11

Hotel was dirty , there were several amount of bugs. A guy that work there seen my fiance and assumed he was loitering, telling him this was private property and had to have a room to be there. They did everything to make sure to keep the deposit. You have to ask for it because they surely wouldn’t remind you about the deposit. The so called breakfast was dry cereal and dry muffins. Also it was a bug in my kids cereal. This was by far the worst place the only thing good about it was they had a pool.

Breakfast was not good and barely anything to eat. Ice machine was broken, and we had to go long way to find one ice Machin to work. Air Condition was noisy. There was weird smell in hallways.

Elevator did not work to go down from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. If you were going up, no issues.

We were on a family vacation and wanted something close to where they stay but had all the amenities the kids wanted. The workout room was not in working order. We went a couple days without tv due to Internet/cable outage.

Never got clean towels , as a construction worker . We work all day in this heat , come back to hotel just to not have clean towels or room cleaned . And when I walk to the front desk , they act like I’m lying about not getting towels them have to wait 10-20 more minutes for clean towels . I will never stay here again .

The first room had a stitch and roaches in the tub. The second room faucet leaked all on the counter. Would not recommend. The pictures are deceiving

Everything was great except the pool closed super early ,however it opened early. We thought it was clean and fairly prices beds were super comfy.

The bed had two pieces of angle iron sticking out under the box springs. Very unsafe!!! I had an abrasion on my right arm that got a small amount of blood on the sheet. Washing would have gotten it out, it was not that much. The manager kept my $50.00 deposit which was totally uncalled for. I will be visiting Tyler often due to medical treatments. I had planned to stay at this hotel due to location. But not now!

I checked into a room that was very expensive due to a music festival to a very marginal 2 star. I arrived and had no water. Couldn’t take a shower or brush teeth. I called and they would send someone over at 11 pm. I said absolutely not- I’m going to bed and not redressing. He needs to come by 7/730 am and to call. He didn’t come at that time and showed up after 8. It took him 20 min to get fixed - and i didn’t have to to fully shower. My room was not cleaned. The blinds wouldn’t shut correctly so my room was like daylight due to the outdoor bulbs in the ceiling right outside my door. I requested some darkening shades that other rooms had. That didn’t happen. For $$180 a night, and no water for the first 12 hours, i should have been refunded a partial amount. That didn’t happen either. NOT RECOMMENDED

Breaks is no. Existent. Junk. Barely cold cereal and toast. In the five days we were there, there was NO MAIDSERVICE AT ALL. Rooms are being remodeled. Ours was nice. My daughters was not. Only plus: EV charging available apparently (we were in EV so couldn’t test but charger appeared to work. Gym was a joke with broken and missing equipment. Didn’t even check pool. Cheap but bare bones.

The property is being renovated. Our room was nice but our daughter’s room was not. The breakfast is non-existent. Cold cereal and toast. The hot tea was literally Walmart brand “black tea”. Not even so much as a brand name tea. It was dreadful. Forget about non-dairy milk. We did not receive maid service AT ALL the entire five days we were there. There is EV charging - but I couldn’t test to see if it actually worked. Plus, the charger was ICED the entire time we were there. The outside of the motel isn’t in good shape and the gym facilities were a joke with broken and missing equipment. I didn’t even look at the pool. If you need nothing but a bed, it’s fine if you get an updated room.

I had to initial a paper that stated I would not damage the room, conduct criminal activity, and so on. We had to pay a destruction deposit of $50.00. We get that back if we did not destroy our room.This facility needs a complete overhall. Rooms are dark and creepy and there was a roach at the elevator. There was a room coffee macine with no coffee. The refrigerator had rust all over the hinges. We did not feel safe after having signed such a waiver. Screaming voices in the outdoor hallways very late at night. There is a hotel across the street where we stayed one time before. It is much nicer and we did not have to sign a waiver for criminal activity. This Days Inn needs to redo and up its prices and cater to a different market, in my opinion. Major facelift would help this hotel/motel. You asked for a review and I am sorry it is so negative. This was graduation weekend and Red Dirt Festival weekend and we did not have choices for our stay. We came for a funeral at the last minute.

The pool was heated but smelled like urine. It didnt smell like chlorine at all.

The, pool was great, but my key card didn’t work gor it someone had to let me in.

Sheets were dusty to touch and when door to ac opened to adjust temp roaches came out …bathroom door dragged against floor

Even though I pre-paid for this room I had to let them charge my credit card a $50 refundable deposit against so-called room damage. What sort of people stay in this place? The so-called breakfast was just ridiculous We left without eating anything & went to McDonald’s

Staff were friendly and the beds were great….nothing bad that I saw

Room was dirty. There was standing water on the floor in front of the fridge raider no signage for elevators terrible customer service. No stopper in the sink lost my wedding ring will no longer be staying with this franchise. Property ran down

Very friendly staff. Overall pool closes too early but overall great stay.

Cool stay

The hotel staff that is on site has always been very nice and hospitable. I feel this hotel needs more employees though, they seemed overwhelmed. Definitely need to see cleaning staff more than we did.

The breakfast was not good no waffles or anything else. But all they had was cereal, toast, and muffins that it.

Great and clean place to stay

The room was nice, and very clean. Check-in was easy and quick. It was very close to restaurants. I wanted to try the indoor pool, however, the lights were off in the pool area, and water was cold. I would still give it a thumbs up.
