A cozy hotel in rural area. comfortable

The rooms do vary in comfort. I k ow which room I will request to stay in if there is a next time

Completely different room to my stay the week before. A lot less space and the layout of the room with the tv is not ideal. However it is clean. I definitely would have preferred the previous weeks room 323. Much more comfortable.

The location was convenient for visiting messe. The facility and the breakfast is okay, but the sauna isn’t good since it wasn’t even turned on :o

I hadnt read about the sauna before coming to the hotel, so it was a pleasant surprise. After a long trip to get there, relaxing in the sauna and pool was great.

Functional hotel for business trip and wasn't too far from Stuttgart airport, well connected. Didn't try the food but it looked decent enough.

Outdated and shabby, bar did not open till 1800 hrs. Food prices I would have expected in a proper hotel not here. The best thing about the hotel and the reason I didn't move were the staff. The staff were very nice and attentive. NO I would not stay here again.

I was in Germany on business for two weeks. This is not a very businessman friendly place. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. There was also no coffee in the room. Overall the hotel is nice. It has a great pool, sauna, the food is good but the internet is terrible.

Check in process was very easy/pleasant, and room was nice and clean.

Hotel is OK but location is not ideal although if you just want all the facilities on site it is adequate.

Hotel needs up-dating - very sad looking. The rooms were not cosy and cold. Bathroom old fashioned and depressing would not stay there again

Our trip to Heidelberg was awesome, the hotel was great and perfect size for our family, we brought our 3 month old baby and we had plenty of room to stretch out and take care of her. The hotel was located very conveniently to the main strasse which was very nice.

convenient to the S-bahn station- 5 minute walk. quiet neighborhood. clean efficient hotel, young educated polite multilingual staff- in house resteraunt. good breakfast. laundry service available same day

Let me say the desk attendant was polite and helpful. The room was basic, but sufficient to get some rest. I booked the room for nights with every expectation to use them. When my business plans changed, I reviewed my reservation and saw I could not change since it was prepaid, so I accepted I was going to pay for two nights even though I could only get there for the second night. I arrived after a grueling day to find out the hotel completely cancelled the reservation because I didn't show up the first night. Furthermore, I was told, they rented my room to someone else. I politely asked if I understood her correctly that even though I paid for the room, they rented it to someone else. She confirmed I understood correctly. I asked what she was going to do because I would like to sleep and have paid for a room at their hotel. She was polite and professional and went to the back office. She returned and asked if I could wait for a few minutes and she would work the issue. She even offered me a beer on the house. I thanked her and went outside to wait and make some calls. About 15 minutes later they found me a single room. Of course in Europe that means a twin bed (I booked a double). I accepted and went to the room to sleep. I was not even offered an apology... When I checked out, they wanted to charge me for two days of parking in the garage when I only spent one night... Frustrating. If you want simple and no frills, it will work, otherwise go elsewhere.

I love everything abt the work and the cleanness of the hotel and all Stuffs. I wish bring more friends and Relatives to this Hotel. I rate it onow 5Star

It was very far of our business place. Epedia showed me this hotel when I choose Shtuttgart in location but it was in a different city. we wanted to cancel and change hotel. we where ready to pay extra but you did not help us,

Room was clean but very small with a tiny single bed. The food was very good for both dinner and breakfast.Only problem was wi-fi would not connect in the rooms (as confirmed by other people staying). It was fine downstairs though.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. No complaints. Only quirks were the sink... well it's sort of a flat tilted surface actually - very modern but I prefer the classic type of sink.

Nice hotel with a friendly personel. Breakfast was pretty good. Have balconies for smokers. A refrigerator would be good.
