I had three rooms for my family. The people were helpful and nice. The beds are super hard and uncomfortable.The showers were made with very cheap materials, they did not drain properly, they flooded every time that we all showered and some of the racks and handles were loose and falling apart. Parking is not convenient. You have to walk to a garage that nust be accessed by walking around the building and only the hotel attendant can let you in. When we got to the hotel there were several young men loitering about 200 feet from the entrance. They were playing loud music, drinking, smoking, and making noise. The hotel itself was clean and chiq.

The location of the hotel is perfect! Easy access to the city or to the highway.
The only thing that could be improved is the pool. There is no structure at all. There are no chairs, tables or umbrellas. The water is very cold, even on hot days. So, I couldn't use it with my daughter. But this does not disqualify the hotel at all.
It's a great place to stay and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Prato!

The room was nice, very clean when we entered. However, there was no AC which was uncomfortable during the day as it can get quite humid in the room, especially after showering. The restaurant downstairs had great food. It was convenient that the front counter would call a taxi for you, so that was definitely a plus. It was quite a short taxi ride to and from the train station so the location is convenient as well. Overall a good choice if you are traveling in Italy and want somewhere close to Florence without having to pay Florence hotel prices.

Gave me the ugly room of level 1. 80s style room. Mattress pillow bathroom all need Reno. Wifi was intermittent. Last time the room was 3rd floor. Renovated. This was actually crap.

Felt a little concerned by recent spurt of car break ins, but secure parking well worth extra 4euros a night for peace of mind.

It’s not my first time in the art hotel but this time was very bad. There have a lot of noise inside the hotel that disturbe to sleep at 2:00 am.After there charge things in my check that i don’t ask. The lady in the desk talk to us very bad.

I liked the most the cleanness and food. Staff is also very cooperative and pleasant. It is very close to the airport. A thing that encourages guests to stay at this facility.

I use this hotel every time Im back in town. The rooms are spacious and clean, the only issue we had this time was with the shower, there was no door or curtain and it wasnt sealed properly so it was problematic to shower without flooding the whole bath floor.
