It was just ok, but didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star hotel! Probably just like other 4-star hotels in France!

Nice hotel, well located near to restaurants and metro stations (but near to a busy road), with good beds, shower and breakfast.

A great stay in Paris as part of a family holiday. The room was clean and spacious even with 4 in there. Toilet separate from bathroom was a bit strange but worked fine. Our room only had a shower. We qould have preferred a bath with shower. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of continental. Not so much hot selection but fine for us. Great location right near metro. Supermarket round the corner was handy as was the mini fridge in the room. Lots of nice restaurants nearby as well. A very busy road outside but couldnt be heard from room at all. We were in room 521 and had a great view of paris and the eiffel tower.
The only thing that bothered me about our stay was that our room wasnt cleaned until around 4pm. The first day we were out until after 6pm so fine, next day we got back to room around 3:30pm to give us all a break but then housekeeping knocked so we vacated while they cleaned. The last day we got back around 4pm to the room not being cleaned. We were so tired and just wanted to rest before dinner so put a do not disturb sign on our room so didnt get it cleaned that day.

Lovely customer service, very helpful, both at the front desk/reception and diner (breakfast included). Left my car at the hotel's car park, which is very secure. See you again next year. I'm a very happy customer. Best wishes

The hotel room was clean and spacious. It was within walking distance from the metro train, but walking to popular destinations was pretty much out of the question. We had to take an Uber to and from the hotel for lost things. Breakfast was separate, but children ate for free. While it was on a busy street, you could not hear any noise from outside. The staff let us keep our bags there during the day while we visited the City before we left for the airport. I would def. stay here again. Friendly front desk staff.

Everything of the hotel is good but except the location, they nearby metro but far away from the central, unless you don’t care about the cost of transportation fee and time.

Very friendly staff, excellent customer service . Benoit and Fernando were exceptional with their customer service. Ismail was very kind and helpful at breakfast times during our stay. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay was about three nights and we have experienced a plumbing problem with our room soon our arrival. After reporting it to the reception, the team send somebody to dry the carpet and check the piping. No issue so far. Next day the carpet was soaking wet again so we reported again. The issue was somehow deeper so we got offered a new room. All people involved were super nice to us and helped in any way.

We were initially supposed to stay 5 days but since I felt so comfortable there I extended by 2 more days. The hotel was clean and the receptionist was so helpful( I forget her name). Anytime we had questions she always had answers and was very pleasant. Will visit again.

For the price you pay, certain features are strange. They refuse to give out complimentary body lotion and insist you pay. The waiter at the on-site restaurant kept getting orders wrong and seemed thoroughly disinterested. Had to take three orders and the supervisor himself coming over to get the order sorted. When the food came, it was pretty underwhelming. Property is generally clean and new. Well located in a nice suburb of Paris. Metro is 6 minutes walk away ensuring you can get into the center of the city in no time. Going by metro to the airport takes more than an hour though due to need to change for the slower RER or a bus.

I had an uncomfortable stay in this hotel. The air conditioning was hopeless. It just churned the warm air around the already warm room. The helpful staff got me a room fan but it didnt make any difference. You cant open the room window.
Also the lifts in the morning are terrble despite there being 3 only 1 of them actually was working correctly. We eventually took the stairs after waitng 10 minutes.

Our stay was really good, room very clean and comfy, the breakfast is amazing, my children loved the Nutella dispenser.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Train station close to hotel very convenient. 100% recommended if youre going to Paris.

The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and was cleaned everyday without a need for reminder. The cleaning staff, kitchen staff, the front desk were very helpful with any questions or assistance we needed.

It was not at all like a 4 star hotel. Wasnt like the pictures. 4 star hotel without slippers, not clean. We saw a cockroach in the breakfast at the coffee machine.

Business-Hotel close to Metro station. Unfortunately the room was very hot (25⁰C) and it was not possible to regualte AC and heating system. Also not possible to open a window. Also directly above my room they started at 7:15AM on two days construction (hammering, drilling, etc.) and it was no more possible to sleep. In such a case I expect in this price-level to inform the guest upfront and to offer an alternative room.

Train station about a 5 min walk. This made transportation very easy for us. There is no shortage of places to eat. We went everywhere on public transportation.

The shower and sink open into the middle of the room. Very awkward if you have to wash your hands after using the bathroom in the middle of the night because if you need to turn the light on you wake everyone. And since the door to the shower opening to the middle of the room is frosted glass, although it's not really see-through, it's not solid wood so it's kind of embarrassing if you are traveling with family. Everything is new though in the room. They do have a bar area and restaurant. The cleaning staff was excellent. Went above and beyond getting us coffee and the room was always cleaned perfectly.

Overall the hotel was clean and staff were very kind and respectful and helpful when needed. However, the sofa bed was very basic for a King suite and the toilet was so so without a sink to wash hands, we have to go in the bedroom bathroom every time to wash hands.
