What a beautiful location, with the tram heading up the mountain, passing right over our parking lot!

Overall the hotel was "good". Ample, flat parking lot, pleasant staff, room impeccably clean, comfortable bed.
I felt the rate was a bit salty for the room size, location, and time of year. But with the ski resort across the road still being astronomically priced (despite being in-between seasons), this was the less painful option while still having access to the resort's restaurants.
Location is convenient, with quick access to the highway and close to a well stocked grocery store. But if you want something other than resort food, you're looking at a 20min walk.

The bad was difficult to sleep in and there was a general bad odor in the room. I don't recommend staying here unless you have no other options

Night desk clerk, Bailey, was awesome. She did everything she could to rectify a flickering lightbulb in the bathroom, but unfortunately we had to move rooms to down the hall.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was perfect for topping off before hitting the road. The room was clean and quiet. My only recommendation for improvement would be to update either lamps or outlets for charging tablets and phones. Thank you!

No negatives, we had a great stay. Loved the ski lift going overhead, the pool was kinda small and bland. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Not bad overall. Nice and quiet, clean.

Hotel was very average. Vending machine didn’t work. Door at end of hallway never seemed to be locked. Breakfast was all carbs - very little fruit to choose from and what was there was over ripe. TV was set to some reality show during breakfast because front desk didn’t know where remote was.

The property was fine, best breakfast we had on our trip but the fire alarm went off in early evening and we evacuated. That is fine but after we came back in on of the room alarm kept going for a long period of time and that got resolved. It started again after 10:00 pm and went for a long time. Did not sleep well

Biggest issue was the male clerk that checked us in. One of two keys he gave us did not work so I asked for a replacement, he said I just did not know how to properly work the magnetic room key and he would go up and show me that it worked. I just wanted another key programmed, he again informed me that it was my error. I kind of lost it here and let him know how ill suited he was to work in the hospitality industry. The other clerk was (a female) and she was quite nice.

Property was fine. Our needs were met. Kellog is a lovely little community in a beautiful setting. No smiles from desk clerks. Very little eye contact. Room refrigerator was much too small to accommodate our average-sized cooler of food and blue ice.

Very clean for an older hotel. The mattresses were a bit soft on one side (the side closest to the lamp that everyone sits on) so I did a bit of rotating and they were fine. The front desk check-in - not so friendly. Overall, good for the price and excellent location.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating with our late arrival. Room was cute and comfy. Beds were a little soft and room was a little outdated but still nice. We would stay here again.

Staff was polite. Room was supposed to be accessible but bath tub was a step up. Not really great for those with mobility issues. The beds had curtains for comforters. Was not warm nor comfortable. Plugs were not accessible for medical devices. All were under table or behind the bed.

Breakfast was lack for luster. Almost everything available was a carbohydrate. The pool was tiny. I only booked this hotel because of the pool and free breakfast. Should have cancalled and driven back to CDA. Also, i paid for thw travel insurance. It was supposed to be 4.67 and I was billed 16:80 or something like that. i will probably never used Expedia again! I was changed at the Davenport an amenities fee and it was only for 9 hours! Please refund my money! Sneaking fee in? Unbelievable!
