Place was nice and clean but the AC unit in our room needed a replacement. It was loud and smelled moldy.

Decent place to stay. Room was comfortable, pillows a bit on the soft side. Breakfast was fine. Curious as one other reviewer noted they just bring out things like yogurt in very small quantities. Wonder if there is a back story about people emptying out the refrigerator.

Our room had small ants. Not alot and I only notified them a checkout because ants don’t bother me.

Room had some type of yellowish leakage from the ceiling…we was on the 3rd floor so I could only imagine it was the roof that was leaking.

Overall, it was mediocre. Looks like it had a face lift, but underneath is still old bones. A/C window unit worked. Fridge worked. Desk was old style; had to crawl on floor to locate hidden power strip to plug in lap top (no desk-top features). Bathroom drain didn't work well but maintenance came when requested and poured liquid plumber which seemed to do the trick. Good thing I didn't have kids that needed to take a bath; stopper was broken off drain. Main door latch was difficult all week. Had to really slam/pull the door shut. Not a big deal other than noise that disturbs everyone in the hall. I never had key cards that needed to be reset as much as these despite me trying to protect card with little wallet-like cover they provide. Parked in back, but had to walk around in front several times because card wouldn't activate back door lock. King size bed but room is pretty small overall. Breakfast menu is bare minimum (toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cold cereal, egg and meat option each day, and waffles. Fruit ran out early in the trip and didn't seem to get replenished. Some of this is nit-picking, but when used for home-base for 6 days, all the nit-picky things add up.

My room seemed halfway updated. Drop stains on walls. Sprinklers still covered in plastic. Chemically smell in the room. It was midnight when we got in and too exhausted to get people involved

The whole 2nd floor smelled of cigarettes and smoke. The door did not close to the outside where a hotel key was required. Safe City, but did not feel safe inside hotel.

I had to change rooms 3 times on my second night at the hotel. The AC broke in the first room, second room I was told I had to pull up on the handle instead of pushing down because something was wrong with the handle. After getting all my stuffed moved the TV is also broke, so move back to the first room to wait for a third room. The first night in that room was comfortable, then the second night (last night) the AC in this barely blew cold air. After two 12 hour days of training I was exhausted last night, so I just showered and slept with no covers.

Very clean rooms, fluffy towels, lots of hot water and a comfortable bed. Check-in was easy.

Room was clean and everything work. Easy check-in and out, hot breakfast was fair.

We enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We saw the hotel had been updated but still falling apart. Window lock on first floor was broken, had to change rooms. Hair dryer had fallen off the wall and was behind towels. Entry door didnt fit jam. People smoking weed in parking lot below...other patrians called our room thinking we were making nose below them @ 12:30 a.m. woke us up because they couldn't reach front desk. Second night we were woken from sleep due to banging of heavy object rolling down stairwell. Now a safe feeling.

One of the keys did not work. We are on the first floor,ice maker is on the second floor…. No cookies!

Terrible water pressure, and the only charging stations near the bed (as in two outlets and two usb plug-ins) did not work.

So to start off when I arrived at the hotel to Check-in there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign that says ring the bill for service. I rang the bell, 5 minutes went by and no one came. Another 5 minutes went by, and I called the hotel. No one answered the phone. I called 2 or 3 times still no answer. About 10 minutes passed and the front desk clerk finally walked up and asked how long have I been waiting and she apologized for the wait. When we entered the room, I noticed that the bathroom floor hadn't been swept at all. The white comforters had brown marks on them. So I called the front desk to have to get more blankets. The employee brought the blankets up in a black trash bag. I also asked for more towels and she brought those up in black trash bags as well. The phone was really dusty and there was just lots of dust around the room. I came in with disinfectant wipes and cleaner. So I had to clean up before I could get settled in.

Clean! Nice service! Good breakfast! I would stay again!

I wish that windows could open as fresh air sure beats air conditioning but I understand the risk.

Super dirty room. Switched to a new room and it was also very dirty with hairs in the beds and in the shower.

I have stayed here previously. Great for a quick trip. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it. There were some spots that were clearly missed during turnover.

It appears my room wasn't clean, washroom was dirty and bed had stains. Was to tired to have management remedy the situation as I was there for only one night.
