Great stay for an early flight out at the airport.

Excellent, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had an early flight so when we got down to the lobby the counter staff had already called a taxi to insure we got to the airport on time for our flight instead of waiting for the shuttle bus.

While we are used to paying high prices in Canada, this one didn’t seem to offer the Hilton experience we thought we were paying for. From waiting for several shuttles before getting to the hotel (and rude service demanding that we should’ve called, after our 3rd call) to having few amenities. The hotel and room were nice enough, it had a bar attached to it, but for the name and price, I expected it to feel less like a LaQuinta and more like a Hilton. The location was conveniently located close to local transit which allowed for easy travel around the city

The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely return. The associated Fogg and Suds restaurant was excellent also.

The stay was fine. But the airport shuttle was not so good.we waited at the airport for about an hour before a shuttle came by to pick us up.

We booked a room for the night, we had an 11:40 pm flight out. We arrived at 11:00 am hoping to store our luggage. The staff had a room for us to check in immediately. The on site restaurant was wonderful, lunch and dinner! We got to rest and relax the entire day and had a great shuttle to the airport. I 100% recommend this hotel. Great rooms, restaurant and staff!

The staff and facilities were both great. The location was convenient to the airport and they had a shuttle. On the morning we were leaving the shuttle was full so they provided a taxi to the airport. The rooms were very clean and had plenty of room.

Hotel was in great shape. It was unfortunate that one of the elevators was down as one elevator couldn't handle all the guests. Surprised there wasn't a pool although not an issue for us.

Close and convenient to the major retailer I wished to visit. Easy access from the ferry terminal in Delta.
Housekeeping staff were great and wanted to make sure our room was OK and if we needed any extra amenities.
Not in a walkable area. Could not conveniently to other restaurants. The loudness of the room air conditioner made it impossible to sleep well. We did not bering earplugs with us on this trip.

Would definitely stay here again. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was extra comfortable and the neighborhood seemed to be in a decent area. The restaurant had a great happy hour and we ordered the nachos. It was more than enough for 2-3 people and they were delicious. Nice free shuttle service to the airport that will get you there in 10 minutes.

Our king room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant connected to the hotel. The front staff was exceptional. I’m so glad we chose this hotel!

The room was very well furnished. Very comfortable. Everything looked new and fresh. Everything was clean. Kevin at the front desk was amazing and attentive.
Attached Restaurant was nice as well, Fogg. Had room service delivered in 15 min. Was very surprised this was a Holiday Inn. They have set the bar very high. Nice job.

Excellent staff management and assistance during checkin. Perfectly sized room, comfortable bed, clean and quiet. Clean and accommodating bathroom. Great transportation to/from airport. Fantastic restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend.

No curtains in rooms, had bright lights from dealership next door shining in room :( front desk staff was extremely nice. Shuttle was great. Would still stay again.

We took the courtesy shuttle from the airport to the hotel which was very convenient. The desk staff was super helpful, even offering to call a cab for us the next morning to take us to the port for our cruise. The room was fantastic! Very clean and quiet. The best part was the Fog and Suds restaurant which is owned by the hotel. The food was excellent and a good price. I would have paid a lot more to stay here honestly.

About 15 mins walk to shoppers, and other various eateries. Staff are kind and welcoming. There was a spot on the carpet but that was pretty much it really. I barely experienced any major noise and inconveniences during my stay.
