I would not stay at this hotel again. Complaints: no tv the entire stay, deadbolt on door did not work, one of the electrical outlets did not work, the hallway connecting to the lobby was flooded with water when I got there and I had to walk through water, only 1 washcloth, hand towel, and bath towel and they were all very skimpy, and the furniture looked like they picked it up from the Good Will. However, the desk clerk was very nice and the room was clean.

Room was clean and in excellent condition, however the free wi-fi was terrible. Speed was ridiculously slow and kept disconnecting from the server.

I felt safe at all times. I was there for 5 days. I wiuld of liked to of recieved clean bedding and towels more than just the last night.
The breakfast meatballs were cold in the middle.

Worst hotel stay in my entire life. All the ac units were were loud and dripping mold down the building. My room the ac wasnt working. Switched rooms and it was marginsl. Seedy section of town. Ill never again go to a LaQuainta AGAIN !!

The whole time I stayed my room was never cleaned when I checked in they gave me a dirty room will never stay at that location again

ugh got there between 9-10 for mtgs the next day and when walked into the room the humidity was sky high as if the window had been open all day! when got into bed the sheets were damp with moisture and I had to turn the a/c all the way down to make it dry out through the night which caused me to freeze. I shouldn't have even been charged for this stay!

Beds are to small for family of 4. Beds were way too hard and did not sleep. Hotel is way outdated and rooms are not good for respecting a parents privacy after showering while kids are in room. Bathroom floors look like they were not cleaned. There was hair and toilet paper on floor. Terrible outdated furniture.

The room was fine. Exactly what we paid for. However, the room itself was extremely dirty. There were hairs on the shower wall. There was mold/mildew around the base of the tub and around the top of the shower wall all the way around there were crumbs and hair everywhere around the bed and on the floor, the elevator smells like 20 year-old cigarette smoke and neglect. After working in the hotel business for years, I can say that there housekeeping department should be ashamed of themselves gross!

It’s convenient if you have game at the sports complex. It’s clean, staff at the check in was not very “collaborative”…we just wanted to switch from 1 king to queen…she does not even look at the system, and said it was not possible. But for a tournament week end with game at the sports complex, it’s easy and does the job :)

Bathroom extractor was very loud (rattling sound), room faucet to wash hands was clogged meaning took a while for water to drain. There was just one tiny soap where one washes hand, no shower gel nor soap in the shower.

The property is tired but beds are OK and water is hot. Internet is spotty. Breakfasts are poor relative to other highway motels. This morning - sausages and potatos. No eggs. No yogurt. The cereals are sweetened. Staff is helpful.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We found the hotel to be nice and quiet. It was a pleasure to get a good night sleep.
I do have a complaint about the complimentary breakfast however. I didn’t appreciate the eggs and the meat being warmed in the same warmer. They should have had a separate warming vessel for each. In addition, not having a choice of grits or plain oatmeal was not appropriated as well.
Overall, it was a nice stay and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
