It was a family trip to meet a new great grand son. I shared a room with my sister. The room had two queen beds and handicapped shower. The breakfast was very good and much appreciated as we had no car at our disposal. There was some confusion at checkout with the balance due, but it all worked out.

Our only complaint is that the breakfast nook ran out of coffee and it seemed like it took longer than it should have to replenish the supply.

Overall our stay was great! The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Our hotel room was in need of some renovations but it didn’t affect our overall experience. It worked out perfect to stay at this hotel as it was close enough distance to the US Bank stadium.

I like this hotel chain but this one is old, the shower was not great and the room was not the cleanest. I was happy to leave.

We have family that live in River Falls, but this is the second time we have stayed at this location. Close to the freeway and shopping and restaurants. We will be back. If you stop here check out the Lakewood Tavern!

This is the second year in a role that we have stayed there. It’s a great hotel. Very conveniently located as well.

Our stay experience wasn't above in comparison to past stays at Holiday Inn Express and Suites. We stayed the weekend and the room was average, no USB connectivity for electronic devices, bathroom fan was very loud, main door wouldn't self close and had to force the door shut. During free breakfast, dining room was small with children running around and playing games on computers. We had to go back to our room to eat breakfast. I will say the lady at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in and out.

I walked into this property and it was filthy. For an "IHG" property is was disgusting. As a solo-woman traveler I did NOT feel safe at this hotel. It was so bad that I immediately turned around and left and went to another hotel. The rooms were filthy and it was not worth sacrificing my safety or cleanliness to save a few dollars. Never will stay here again.

The hotel was nice, as well as the hot breakfast. Had a good variety of breakfast options… Just wish they also offered bacon. Who doesn’t love bacon for breakfast?!?

Rating was affected by the fact the property was in the middle of a renovation. The lobby seating area and breakfast areas were closed. There were construction materials stacked around in places, spacers beret floor tiles that had not been grouted yet, etc. I would guess the property will be in great shape once the project is completed. The front desk staff was very friendly.

It was just ok. My husband and I wanted to use the hot tub but there were kids in the pool area. We went back down 2 other times and they were still there. We never got to enjoy the hot tub

This has been our place to stay when we visit family in the area but this stay was not as comfortable as it has been in the past. We constantly had issues with our room keys and had to return to desk to get new keys almost every time we returned to our room. The key always worked to the fitness room but never to our room. Also the room heater constantly made an annoying noise when it turned on and tried to heat the room. We alerted the management and a service guy was sent to check on it but it was never fixed so we just turned it off entirely and had to hope that the room would maintain its heat for comfort. Typically this is an excellent location and stay for us; it is very clean; very friendly front desk and awesome breakfast lay out.

Disturbances from next room until 4am gave us not even close to a restful night’s sleep. Notified desk at midnight and they followed up, but 5 minutes later it resumed. I would expect another follow up by staff to make sure it was resolved but was not done. Room was just down the hall from front desk, so easy to check on. Paid for a room that we got little value for and most likely would never stay here again. Property was clean and staff friendly enough, but did not serve this customer properly
