Entire hotel is under construction and we were not made aware upon booking. They were using all types of machinery before 8am and it was very noisy at times.

Getting a shuttle from OKC was difficult. Communicating with the young woman at the front desk was maddening. But the night manager was very helpful and a pro. This place undergoing a MAJOR renovation. Stay somewhere else till done

This was the worst experience ever. We had to stay overnight due to medical appointments. We booked with Expedia and no where did it tell me that this hotel is in complete reconstruction. Walking in pieces of the building were flying off due to the workers. The beeping of machinery would drive anyone crazy. Once we get inside we try to cancel and receptionist said I would need to go through Expedia. Ok, I tried and never got an answer. So we ended up just staying. I was charged $99.12 through Expedia, and then they recharged me $163. I’m still waiting on the refund.
Also, the pool was closed, there is no ice machines, no inside bar like stated. There definitely should have been some kind of notice about the remodel.
They do have breakfast. The room was clean.

Hotel is on its way to being very nice. It is under construction and a little hard to locate having just overcome change in ownership. The room we stayed in was new everything. Nice kitchenette stocked 2 doubles and a sofa bed. Great price for what we had. I assume the low price was due to the construction but that never bothered our sleeping. Very good value!

This hotel is under renovation. The breakfast was ok but some of the hot items were not very hot. We had toilet issues that we asked about and were told they just drain slowly. We had to go back to ask for a plunger, but they didn’t have one. We ended up having to go downstairs to the bathroom. This is not very convenient when you wake up in the middle of the night and need to go to the bathroom.

The carpet was dirty and had stains. The hotel is under construction and we were woken up at 7 AM from a small crane outside that was beeping loudly until 10 AM. Not a single ice machine in the hotel works - not a fun thing to find out after going to every floor to check at midnight. The room itself wasn’t horrible but only a small upgrade from a motel given how old and worn everything was. Stay at a newer hotel that’s not an active construction site.

This location is under construction and it was not noted on the website the pool was not open And the room was not very clean The front desk did call as sister property which allowed us to go swim I was grateful for that

I really loved that it was clean and it felt clean. Breakfast was a no. It was spacious and was still in-between branding. It was interesting. I'm sure that it would be wonderful when it converts to Hilton brand.

Our stay was fine but nothing special. There was mold in one corner of the shower and old fries on the floor between the couch and side table. It was dusty and just felt dirty. We were very unimpressed. We were also unaware the hotel was under construction when we booked. We are staying there in a week on our way back home and after staying one night we don’t really want to stay again but the room is non refundable unfortunately. Also the breakfast was pretty mediocre. Breakfast was from 6am-9am and we got down there at 8:15. Well before it was over and there was hardly anything left. Very disappointing

Even though the hotel was under pretty serious renovation, It was actually very clean, neat, and tidy.. and always smelled good. I love that I was able to extend my reservation without being harassed by the front desk. I was able to come down and take care of it at my leisure and that is actually incredibly rare, especially when you extend it last minute. I definitely want them to know how appreciated it is to not have to worry about someone with an attitude calling the room phone first thing and ordering you downstairs to the front desk. Just a relaxing comfortable place to be❤️

We had to get a last minute room for a basketball tournament our son was in. Not only were we able to get in the same hotel with our team but the staff was super friendly to us and we're available for any questions we had.

This property is under construction. I had a 5 hour drive and arrived late. I planned on sleeping. I woke up to hammering at 8am. I told the front desk and the just smiled and said sorry. Do not stay here if you plan on sleeping past 8am.

The room was perfect, the lobby had a lot of construction that we weren’t prepared for or aware of. But the front desk worker was really sweet & polite, the breakfast options were great.

They are remodeling the Hotel 1st day no internet or TV Day 2 and day 3 keys didn’t work so someone had to follow you to your room they have our phone #s they should have told us they were down. The girl that was there I wish I knew her name she was wonderful. Would consider somewhere else until remodel is over it’s a mess.

I usually rate everything but in this case I couldn’t. I have stayed with this company before else where and here they were remodeling. Not holding it against them but even for remodeling seems like they had everything put away for the most part. As for the rooms, I love how open they are and spaced out. Very clean and well kept.

I am very disappointed with Hotels.com. Not only are they allowing a hotel to false advertise, but they kept my money. Carla the rep last night was so rude and did not follow through. You have to pull teeth to talk to a manger but this hotel was unmarked and under renovation. I felt very unsafe. I told lCarla that and she did not care. I called the front desk and Chris was also very rude. You should not be able to advertise photos that do not match a hotel. I will be canceling my membership. I would advise to use the Hilton or bonvoy app and directly work with the hotel itself. I found another room at the Hampton and the attendant was very accommodating. I have yet received an email or speak to a manger. I would like my $100 refunded as I will not put my life in danger and did not check in.

This property had no signage. It is under heavy construction/ remodeling. Understaffed as well. Felt unsafe in the parking lot. Had i know it was under construction, i would have reconsidered or expected a discount.

Checked day staff were decently accommodating, get to room toilet has problems won’t quit running then overflows , night desk guy was to busy watching YouTube would not even listen to what I said ,all beverages were hot , shuttle to the airport was way late and so rough handling luggage they broke a handle on it

First off, it is extremely hard to get to this hotel. It sits behind a Sonic with no lights on. It looks like a haunted hotel. Secondly, the floors in our room had not been vacuumed as there were rubber bands, mud clots, and did in the carpet between the beds. Lastly, the toilet tissue was so thin that it you might as well use your hand.
