My tv was broken and my shower drain was clogged. Couldnt shower or watch tv. Highly do not recommend.

Will never stay there again because the first room had bed bugs in the bathroom sink. Told front desk clerk and he tried to convince us it was flys.

The room smelled like cat. I paid 20 extra each day pet fee. Don’t know why they charge daily. They sure didn’t come clean room and I could tell they don’t shampoo carpet. So why is this fee attached daily?

I spoke with Management about my issues. Cleanliness was my issue. Alls I have for advice is check your rooms. My major problem was another guest who seem to be intoxicated and tried to bother me while I was outside. The smell of the lobby smelt like curry and the parking lot seemed tore up and needs to be redone.

Booked a room that could accommodate 6 adults when we booked on Hotels.com. When we arrived it could accommodate 4. We needed to get another room and we were out of pocket. We would have selected somewhere else had we known. The Hotels agent blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed Hotels.com. Nothing was resolved.

When we got to our room it was pristine. Everything in order and clean. The next morning we had the breakfast and it was very good. The staff was polite and accomidating

Property is well off the main road. Building showing its age. Guys at the front were friendly for check in. Pool was being used and looked good for families.

The staff never gave daily room service, the room wasnt clean like it should be upon arrival, they never offered to give us a different room. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. Wouldnt stay there again

The hotel water pressure was horrible very little output. There was no fitted sheet on our bed just a flat sheet over the mattress. They didnt stock their breakfast and had few choices. The toilet in the room we had was not secure to the floor.

Absolutely terrible. Moldy, musty, filthy, still had garbage on the floor from previous tenant. Had to get on your knees to take a shower cause the faucet is mounted at 5 foot high. Sketchy and loud until 2 am. Felt very unsafe, bought a tent and slept outside instead of staying for 2 nights.

Checked in at 7:30. One of our rooms was not fully cleaned. Staff knocked on the door at 8:30 reminding me there was no smoking in the hotel. I have never smoked in my life. The rooms smelled. Cleaning supplies like mops were out in the hallways along with multiple dehumidifiers. Would never stay here again!!!!

Great stay for a family stop. Inexpensive and close to where we needed to be.

Pros: staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable, was quiet dispite being full, AC worked well and loud.
Cons: shower is extremely low and being only 5'5 I even had to duck, rooms are very outdated, does not appear that staff move any furniture to vacuum under but just around. When we arrived, our smoke detector was beeping for low battery. Staff was quick to come up and remove battery however did not have replacement. I did say it was fine for the night, however, I regretted it after we tried to plug in cell chargers and had sparks at every outlet except the ones on the lamps, but they were so loose we couldn't use them. Breakfast was also basically non existant (at least at 630 when we needed to eat) and we were forced to go elsewhere.

Nice hotel but my lights went out had to open the window to see told front desk he said he was sending someone but they never came I waited three hours until I thought maintenance see whoever might have left for the day other than that it was a good stay

Property is like most Super 8's, dated and in need of repairs, but it works for a place to sleep for the night. Very economical, and free breakfast if you don't need much more that a waffle and an apple. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, good, not great, but you get what you pay for. I paid for a place to sleep for a night and it suffices for that.

Was disappointed; SO early, what of small pool and supposed ‘hot’ tub CLOSED so Early, not even chance to check if anything actually heated. Basement bit cool, and yet fair humid/damp; while dehumidifiers working quietly in lowest of split-level floors … a 3Rd floor opt as well … we’d requested rather non existing ‘1St Floor’. Super Price!

Do not stay here. Our room did not look like the pictures- it was below ground, smelled bad, and the carpet was wet and moldy. Both the coffee and juice were empty at breakfast.

On my last trip every super 8 I stayed at was run down and had horrible breakfast (ie coffee and fruit if you got down quick enough). It was not the case at Watertown. Everything was clean and you could tell someone cared about the small details. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but the breakfast area was clean and there was a selection of cereal for my son, biscuits n gravy, waffles, toast, milk and actual juice in the juice machine. This Super 8 was a step above every Super 8 I've been too and also one of the cheaper ones I've stayed at. If I travel in that area again I will be staying there again.

The room smelled musty. The ice machine was broken and never fixed in the 4 days we stayed there. Not handicap accessible for my 86 year old father. Our keys didn’t work for the back door like they were supposed to and when we inquired about it we were never given an explanation. This was important for us as it was the closest way to our rooms. His only response was “oh I see” we will NEVER stay there again or recommend this motel to anyone!!

The room was clean. Flooring was updated, all new carpet and laminate.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, or two types of cereal. It would have been nice to have eggs, sausage or bacon for those of us who don’t want the carb heavy waffles, or who have dairy allergies and can’t eat the yogurt or cereal with milk.
The shower was definitely for those of a smaller stature, a taller guest would struggle to get clean.

It was terrible.
Police came to the next door room at 7-30am and woke us up with all the noise then told us to leave because the person next door was dangerous.
We left straight away with out showering and having breakfast, not good.
