Mercure hotel is the best in town. Beautiful and spacious rooms. The service is outstanding, the location is fantastic, super safe. Nothing comparable in Uberlandia.

Wasn't so impressed with the breakfast especially the scrambled egg which was undercooked and below the standard I would expect.

Great place for an overnight stay, next to a shopping center, great amenities (nice gym) and great customer service (except for lengthy check in), shower had hard water built-in the class and bedroom window was dangerously cracked. Could also hope for a better view of the city given that the building seem to have many other rooms vacant.

If you are going to stay here ask for a room in Tower 1. I stayed in Tower 2 and it is a hike to get there. Also Tower 1 has balconies and Tower 2 does not. All the amenities are in Tower 1. To get to Tower 2 you have to take two elevators and cross over a bridge. It is very inconvenient.

The hotel is great, room has almost everything you would like. The location is impossible to get better. The only setback to be happier with this hotel is the bar/restaurant. the service and food was not worthy of the place.

The worst stay we already had.We waited in queue check in 30 minutes. I booked a Superior room, and my check in was 7:00 pm I ask towels because I returned from a party and mine were wet. The official gave me a sermon, he asked me about why the need for more towel, and after a long discussion, sent me a towel slightly larger than the face. But the most terrible, was not having hot water. We need to take a shower at 6:00 oclock in the morning in cold water.We found a hair in our bed. And the hotel is not manifested in any way on the fact of not having hot water, as if it were normal.
