Hotel is not clean. Water pressure in sink in bathroom is nonexistent. Shower temperature is not warm enough. Visible stains on couch in room.
Not up to Hampton standards. Very disappointing.

It has to be one of the quietest hotels ive stayed in. You never know what your going to get with other visitors or loud doors. First time visit to grand rapids and was conveniently located. Great stay!

The hand faucet in the bathroom was terrible. Abdollah, a kind and friendly guy at the front desk, said you are re-doing all the sinks because this is an ongoing problem: as it is, we could scarcely use it. Please replace. Initial supplies of towels is way under-planned: thanks that you gave us some more on request. Breakfast was ok but kind of mediocre as compared with Hampton Inns in general. Safety and cleanliness were sufficient, thank you. Pool was closed (?)

I felt that the bed was really hard and uncomfortable, that and it was rather noisy outside. We didn't sleep well at all.

Overall a decent hotel but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, sheets were “crunchy” and the pillows were awful. Didn’t make for a very good nights sleep but the room was clean and the in room whirlpool tub was nice.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and in a good location close to freeway, Meijers and few fast food restaurants.

Room was pretty good. We liked that there was a microwave and fridge. Some staff members were great, others could work on customer service.
Multi-bed rooms are first come first serve so if you’re a late check in you might miss out. I don’t like that. They shouldn’t allow more people to book a room with 2 beds than they have available.
Don’t take the stairwell, you’ll be locked in on the first floor. Staff knows about it but doesn’t fix it or warn customers. No signage either.

Hotel room was filthy - dirty hand prints on the bathroom door, sheets were dirty, floor had food all over it and dead flies all over the floor . Could not believe this was a Hampton Inn - it was disgusting.

Hallway on the first floor has a horrible dog pee smell, it's really strong! I have dogs and appreciate pet friendly hotels but this is the first Hilton we've stayed at that was just gross! The floors in the room were just swept into the corners! Very disappointing

The room was spacious and basically nice. But I think the shower tile could have been more clean and the shower curtain was all the way to the floor to prevent the water from splattering all over.. we had called downstairs for a couple more pillows and we had to come get them ourselves. I would have thought for the price I paid for the room the beds could have been more comfortable.
