Nice Hotel for Business trips to Luxembourg

Great experience!

This is not a 4* hotel. Maybe it used to be but it lacks the facilities required to be 4*. The room contained no coffee/tea or spoons. The room was very basic. And the restaurant was closed (we stayed on a friday night) despite the website saying it was open. It was decent for a 3*, but poor for a 4*.

Large rooms and comfortable beds. Cons - breakfast is too expensive and no coffee maker or hot water kettle in room.

Good hotel, kind personell but at least an half hour walk from the city with no othen options to get there but you own transport. Wished they had bikes to borrow or even hire

Condition of rooms is pretty average, it’s a bit outdated. Very limited amenities in the room. Also bear in mind there is no phone in the room, so for any request you’d need to go to the reception.

I came in the evening and continued my journey right after waking up in the morning. I can only criticize the room and the service I received at the reception. The room was clean and stylish for my taste. The price-quality ratio was very good. The service was professional and the English language skills were excellent.

This morning the reception was empty tried to call someone but nobody was there so I had to leave the keys at the empty desk I’m a return guest this has never been the case before The executive room does not correspond to the minimum of the 4* hotel

I've booked an executive room just to have better internet as internet is not good on superior room, I'm a return guest and I'm amazed that the room (311) furniture is not as usual no place to put the luguage etc... the equipement og the room is not corresponding to the executive rooms staff has also changed not for the better, there's no 24 hrs reception available and unfortunatly now even for business trips you have to pay city taxe in Trier

We had a double room (rooms adjoining) which was perfect for us as a family with a very large main bedroom. Just what we needed.

Every thing was perfect except for breakfast. They had really small breakfast buffet in compare to many other hotels i stayed.

Very nice place along the Mosel.

1 overnight stay during European road trip. Parking underneath hotel, tight but easy to find. Reception very welcoming. Room very spacious with great views of River Moselle. Shower excellent. Bed very comfy. Open until 10pm Chinese restaurant buffet fantastic, £20 per head plus drinks . Shops included Lidl & Aldi (2 min walk away). Breakfast options great, fresh (typical continental) including smoked salmon. Late check out (Midday). Would book again.

The staff at the bar is not friendly.

The hotel is fine, definitely great in terms of the price/quality combination.

We had a perfect stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Large clean room with a view over the Mosel river and Trier. The location is a bit distant if you, like us, don't travel by car/bus. That however gave us a reason to take a beautiful walk along the river. The price of the room was really affordable too!

Very great hotel. Really value for the money. Nice staff, great big room almost an apartment. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. Trier is a lovely city. Go visit Trier dont just pass through.

Nice modern clean hotel , no a/c so was a little stuffy at night but window did open fully !

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the FourSide Plaza Hotel - fantastic hotel with great staff. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious, and the breakfast provided was good.

We enjoyed superb food and service for dinner and breakfast. The terrace overlooking the river is a magical dining spot. The staff were very helpful and the room and bed gave us deep sleep. Our bikes stayed outside. Perhaps a roof for bike parking would be great.

It was pretty good for what I needed it for. I was traveling through Trier. I only needed a quiet and clean place to stay. They provided all of that and more. I didn't eat at the restaurant or drink at the bar, but it was a good experience for me.

Very friendly service. In the first room we had, there were lots of traffic noise. They were very kind to find us a quieter room. I would recommend 👌this hotel.

The executive apartment was dirty and we the couch was in bad condition. There was a large spider web in the corner of the room and several spiders.

Upon check in the apartment w kitchen turned out empty. No lights in the bedroom, one single lamp in the rest of the apartment excl bathroom. No amenities, cutlery, coffee or tea (though requested), no pans for the kitchen, just one plate and three forks. Nothing to eat with or drink from. Floor rug had pieces cut out (stains?) and it was considerably smaller than advertised. If you’re taller than 1m75 you can’t use the shower standing up. In an otherwise almost empty building, reception desk said they were full (though on site we demonstrated that there were still apartments available -at 2/3 of our price- as they were advertised to us. Not too cooperative staff, rather disappointing stay.

Great place to stay when on the go, would not recommend as a romantic stay but most certainly a nice and comfortable place. Nice view to the river and close to the m motorway network.
