Room was dirty with hair on the toilet and in the bathroom sink. Floor was sticky so I wiped it with a towel and it was black. Property is run down and won’t ever stay here again.

Spacious room, Bed size very uncomfortable not twin not full; like between and those are the beds they have for 4 people- small and hard mattress. Bath looks dirty and lamps. In the Check in, the employee person asking for everyone ID which I didn’t give him my daughters ID! Room was already paid online. He needs to be more friendly with the customers. The employee who was for the check out next day very professional and friendly.

I wanted a hotel room with a fridge and kitchen space. For that reason this was one of the good hotels at this price. It was reasonably clean. Good location. Luggage Trolleys were never in place!! Staff was okay.

Infested with BED BUGS! Roaches! Galore! I will be contacting corporate to get ALL MY MONEY BACK. I have pictures & videos.

Really bed experience

The room was trash. Had a drawer on the dresser that was broke off on one side. The laminate wall paneling was peeling off from floor to ceiling. The bed had no box spring so we would sink through the worn out mattress down to the platform. The floors were sticky, when I went to the desk the first time to ask if someone could come mop the floors while we were at dinner I was told there's nobody from housekeeping here anymore. We got in at 7, left to go to dinner, and 15 minutes after coming back the fire alarms went off. The toilet wouldn't flush which we didn't find out until late in the evening when my wife went to use the bathroom for the first time. Went to the front desk to say something and there was nobody there. I had said "hello" a few time to get someone's attention in case they were just in the office. Nobody ever came. On the way out I mentioned something to the guy at the front desk about the problems we had later in the evening and was told had you have came up we would have switched rooms. I said I did and nobody was here to help, which he responded with "the front desk closes at 11". So how would you like me to do anything. I asked for a refund due to all the inconveniences and was basically told ohh well too bad. 10/10 would never stay at this location again and I will be calling corporate to let them know how this location in managed.

the location is great, near to everything, close to exprex way, the place is clean and quiet, i highly recomended

The room needs serious attention, there were multiple holes in the wall from where they moved a mirror. The room smelled like garbage. The beds were not traditional hotel beds but more like trundle beds not even attached to the wall. The bed my kids slept in made a loud noise anytime they moved. The "free" breakfast is an assortment of granola bars. Hindsight being 20/20, i should have spent the extra $30 and stayed at a different property.

With the cost being under $70/night and beingjusta bit from woodfield mall, it is a great value. However, the rooms smelled funky everytime i entered but smell disappeared as i was in the room. Bed didnt have a good quality blanket. The bed also slid on the floor.

Not good at all. I've stayed at other hotels from that chain and they have been better than this particular hotel. They did not provide us with any kitchen utilities like pots and pans. If its an extended stay with a full kitchen, then there should ve the other items. Other hotels provided us qith those items. This particular one did not. And the front desk people, not friendly at all.

The staff were not friendly. Queen sized bed is really a full sized bed. Hair left all over the room.

There wasn't any kitchenware at all, including any coffee maker. In the bathroom there was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper. In the shower the soap dish was broken with jagged edges. The window leaked when it rained. The TV reception was awful.

It’s not the hotels fault, but Hotels.com/expedia had some sort of glitch where my room was reserved under a “different name”. It took almost an hour for your site to resolve something even after my reservation was found.

The front desk was rude, the bedding is awful

The service was bad, the staff had heavy accents and they were difficult to understand. The room was dirty, the sofa was stained, there were no garbage cans anywhere in the room, there was no toilet paper holder, the toilet was clogged, the bed was the most uncomfortable thing ive ever laid on, it looked like a jail cot, thin mattress on a basic spring frame. We called about toilet and they sent a guy with a plunger, toilet clogged again after 1st urination. Needless to say we were so uncomfortable and miserable in this hotel that we checked out early and left, never again. Beware folks, spend a couple extra bucks and stay somewhere nicer!

Someone knocked on door multiple times after that staf member also knocked at door around midnight.

Dirty Dirty an Dirty no good service

Tv was not easy to use and was damaged. Desk chair was broken. Therewas a odor in the room. The parking lot was being paved there was not nearly enough parking for guests. We parked in the reservation drive blocking it along with several others. There was a $50 dollar security fee not mentioned we we reserved our room. Breakfast was a granola bar and coffee.I will not stay at another extended stay america ever.

I stayed there only for 1 night. I arrived late night and the staff at customer service desk was so rude. The room was very dirty. It had dirty floors which made my feet black. In washroom they were hairy towels, not one but all. And even the bed has stained sheets. It was disgusting. We checked out at 10:30 and complained to the staff. As a customer, we deserve better service for the amount you are paying to stay. I didn’t like it all. It is my worse experience i would never ever book a room at extended stay. I hope they give clean rooms and clean towels to future customers.

These was a loud noise all night coming from the room next door which I found out in the morning was the laundry but was not occupied at night,people up all night yelling and slamming doors,I had to get up at 5:30 to catch train and I am exhausted

The front desk person called the police on us for sitting in the car, the room had no sheets we had to wait 20 minutes for the guy to wash new sheets for us, we needed new towels he said he had to wash them there were none available. It rained one night and the room was literally flooding and there was nothing that they could do. And once again there were no towels when we needed to wipe the water up. Please never stay here. It’s not worth the price you pay.

The most uncomfortable sleep I have ever had. Air conditioner stopped in the middle of the night, woke up sweating. Beds were like army cotts.
