No a/c desk staff stated would receive a refund and still have received nothing

Booked through Hotel.com and would not take their card. No hairdryer, needed glass and absolutely nothing in the kitchen to use. Breakfast looked like packets of instant cereal and coffee. Asked for receipt at checkout they couldn’t print one.

Staff great.

Was informed at check in they were overbooked and I didn’t have a room! Then was informed I did. Room was dirty. Toilet didn’t flush properly. No hot water. Unfriendly staff and overall chaos. I won’t ever be returning!

Property is clean and gated, but you can smell weed all around the hallway and neighborhood is definitely sketchy..

The property is in an industrial and dirty part of town. The property is surrounded by a security fence which was a bit reassuring since the old hotel a few doors down is burned out, covered in graffiti and appears to be a refuge for drug activity. The hotel itself was in fair condition, however we did find hair and dried toothpaste in the bathroom sink upon arrival and one of the beds almost looked as though it had been slept in. We checked out a day early as we were heading into Seattle for the night and although I was told we would be refunded for the night, I have yet to see a refund.

Terrible. Staff was rude on check in. No garbage can in room other than the small trash can in bathroom. Bed very uncomfortable and the room smelled horribly like air conditioner antifreeze smell. Tiny microwave that barely big enough to reheat take out that couldn’t be eaten during to no silverware, dishes or cups. Room was cold and noisy neighbors. Breakfast was a joke. Bad coffee, frozen muffins that crumbled like sand, and nutrigrain bars that tasted like they were forgotten in a box for a year. Parking was a joke, I needed a handicap parking that was taken by motorcycle that didn’t have handicap tags. I have difficulty walking and had to walk from around the back of the building. I will not stay there again.

Property was not in the nicest location but it was secure. It was a great location for all the things we wanted to do

WATCH OUT for the manager here. He had poor customer service and if you say anything he will kick you out or not give you a room. Hotels.com is no help in getting a refund either!!! We had a clogged toilet made us track down the plunger and unclog 2x. Second time I was fighting a terrible migraine so had stayed back from our business conference. I went to go retrieve the plunger which was NOT where he said nor was there one on the other 2 floors I had to check. I was about to faint and felt like vomiting and he’s forcing me to track down a plunger in his hotel so I told him his customer service sucked so he kicked us out. He kicked out 3 others in the less than 24 hours while we were there and was about to kick someone else out as we were leaving.

So many issues , but the one that really upset me was; I stepped in dog poop when walking into the lobby and didn’t notice until I was walking into my room. While I was cleaning my shoes off the front desk lady started knocking on my door, DEMANDING ME TO COME CLEAN THE POOP THAT “I TRACKED IN” in the lobby. I explained that I simply didn’t realize I stepped in poop out side and I would be right there to clean up THEIR lobby for them and she threatened to kick me out if I didn’t come instantly! So many better options in the area , the guest house is across the street , cheaper and much better all around !

The room was unkept. The gal that checked us in was thorough and efficient with a smile.

We asked for handicap and got a terrible place, plugs 6 didn’t work. Husband is wheelchair and he couldn’t get into bathroom. I use a walker and had to use sink to pull myself off the toilet. Neither could take a shower, bathtub had no grab bars. Free breakfast was weak coffee a dash wrapped muffin. Housekeeping told me they clean rooms every two weeks. No luggage cart, it was broken. Had to call friend 70miles away to move stuff from car to rm. when I complained they gave me one hour to move out which I physically could not do without a cart or help. Kitchen was empty, no one told me how to sign out dishes. I went and bought some. I had called to be sure everything was set before we left. I needed a couch and chairs and they said everything was ready. We were in 303 and there was garbage on the floor from last people. Have pictures of some of this stuff. Would not give me receipts said printer didn’t work. I can’t believe they get by with all this.

Grate service

Facility was clean, room was clean. The common area and elevator have seen better days. The surrounding area is not one to walk around at night, but the facility is gated with a atall fence. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The night manager of the hotel was fantastic. Hotels.com had overbooked and when we arrived, the manager said that he did not have a room for us. He was able to find another room for us so that we didn't sleep out in the cold. Tacoma was literally 100% booked due to the conference that we were attending. Thank you so much to the night manager! He really saved our bacon.

Nobody at desk check in or out. Had ro ring buzzer. Looked like cigarette burns on sink. All.in all, quiet, and ok.

The room was pretty dirty and the property is certainly showing its age. Lots of people in and out of the parking lot... I couldn't say for sure but it seemed some illegal activities were happening.

They give you a paper in the beginning stating their no tolerance to noise control. We were woke up around 2:30 from our neighbors partying, or so it sounded like it. I managed my husband not so much. However the bed was not comfy and bathtub had hairs. I did try and go down to discywhy we didn't have hot water but they were occupied helping other guest, so said the sign. It was better than motel 6 but only by a step.

Did not like hair in tub and on shower curtains, etc. Room smelt like animal, urine, and cigarette smoke. Did not feel clean. However, manager was good.

The only thing I would change or fix is the elevator! Other then that great stay

Good safe parking with a gate closed over night. Hotel is bare bones, not super clean, but it works. A little loud and our AC was SUPER loud all night, but it worked for a quick stay.

This hotel is the most horrible hotel I have had in USA. Avoid this hotel all the time.

Clean room that smelled fresh…stocked adequately with essentials…service was very professional and fun! The Manager here runs a tight ship and is on top of anything that comes his way! Meet him when you come….his name is Antonio….also stands as a loving husband and Father! The gated parking is second to none….just had to get that one in here too!

Reasonably clean but no bathroom fan, windows must be opened for ventilation.

Everything was great, would have liked a coffee pot in the room. Otherwise, all great!

Stay, what stay?? They refused to let me stay because I had a 5 foot uhaul trailer. Then, they charged me for the night and as of now 5 days later, they’re ignoring Expedia’s emails and refund requests. But, may have dodged a bullet. 3 homeless sitting up against the fence drinking a bottle when I pulled up. To get in the gate of the fence that’s around the whole property, some lady (guest) that was whacked out, ran out and plugged her room card in to open it. Very bad area. I would advise never considering this place. Then the charge you, even if your stay is refused.

Friendly staff and guests. Room could have been cleaner. Lots of dust and toilet and shower was dirty. Lot of build up on shower head. The phone made Weird nose every 30 seconds.

This place is locked down like a prison. There was a pile of curly hair in the shower. The tv is outdated and is bolted down in front of the only mirror aside from the one in the bathroom, which is mostly foggy because the there’s no exhaust fan in there. The bed is institutional and uninviting and made up with stiff bedding. The color scheme is depressing and dingy. All around awful.
