Based upon the photos of the property, this one in Kingsland, GA was not even close! The breakfast bar, while functional, again, was bot even close to what the photos on the internet were like.
Entering the property, the desk person was outside smoking. The room did not provide a hair dryer (although, when asked, one was provided). The pillows were not close to being adequate, and it was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room. I would be hard pressed to stay at a Country Inn property.

When I arrived, was told there was no water due to main water break in town. Man at desk said he felt sure it would be back on the same night. Well it was, but there was a boil water notice. I found that out on the town website. There was no communication from the hotel. Breakfast was nothing you would want, and help was sitting around the lobby watching tv. Very disappointing stay.

It was decent. It did not look like the photos at all and the room was not cleaned the best. The hot water took forever to get hot. The breakfast was not so good either. It did do the job for a one night visit.

Was lovely on the outside, dirty on the inside. The elevator smelled gross, the ottomon in our room was filthy, the bed was HARD, they never brought the extra pillows we asked for. Would not stay here again.

It was disappointing I thought since this being a Radisson hotel at the expect more I have stayed at the Robinson in the past. I always have love the service and the hotel and I felt like this hotel it was like a disappointment to me.

We stayed for a much needed getaway and looking forward to the hot tub. After checking into the room and changing to get int he hot tub only to find out the timer didnt work and the water was on the cold side. The beds were cheap and hard making for a very uncomfortable unrest. Woke up sore 😞. The breakfast was a joke and aweful

The first room didn’t have a working television. And the second room we were greeted with left over candy trash from the last guest and an ice cold shower at 6:30 in the morning. The only good thing was there was no water pressure so the ice cold water slowly dripped on my hair!

I was happy until I was on the floor playing with my toddler and seen that it hadn’t been mopped in quite some time. Other than that everything was great! I’m hoping the floor was only dirty because of them doing renovations in a few rooms a couple doors down. I was very pleased other than that.

Absolutely the most dated hotel I’ve stayed at in many years. The entire hotel was filthy and the so called suite was comical. The list of complaints are too long to list. The owners must be very rich because they sure don’t put money into improving this place.

Our first room wasn’t cleaned when we entered it, so we requested a room change. The third floor of the hotel is creepy. Flickering hallway lights and it hasn’t been updated in a couple decades. The room did seem to have newer floors, but that’s it. The tub looked old and gray, the shower rod was broken, and the mattress had broken springs on the one side.

Was definitely an affordable option. Rooms and lobby were clean, and our favourite part was the newer tv in our room where we could watch our favourite streaming services. We did notice some stains on the pillows and bedding. We always bring our own comforter so that was okay, and called down to the front desk for more pillows which they happily got for us. The bed was fairly comfy but it squeaked constantly. Hard to get a good night’s sleep when any small movement created a loud noise.

Our family stayed here for the night on our way to Florida. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We would stay here again. 🙂

It was pretty good. The guy at check in was super nice. We had a busted lock and he changed our room super quickly. Breakfast was good. It was quiet and comfortable. Our bathroom could’ve been cleaned better, but we had unpacked, and I didn’t want to move again. The staff was great.

I book this facility because of the whirlpool. It was not working. Fitness center was not working. I book a suite but it was not as portrayed on their website. The bed sat on a sheet metal base that sounded like a drum every time it was bumped. When I turned off the light over the coffee/microwave area it killed all the power outlets so our electronic devises could not be charged.

When we got to our room the door was not shut all the way. The room smelled horrible and musky. The toilet was filled with old urine. The dead bolt on the door does work. There were bugs everywhere. And the sheets were dirty in one of the beds. We liked staying here in the past but we probably won't be returning.

They rent out the pool for birthday parties and we could not use when we wanted to take a swim and it was extremely dirty. And jacuzzi did not work. We chose this hotel for these amenities and was not told upon booking.

I booked a room with double beds and a pull out sofa. When we arrived there was no sofa bed in the room. The room was dirty. There was a large razor blade on the floor. No outlets by the bed to charge devices. No curtains on windows and didn’t realize that there was a shade behind the plastic blinds until the next day. We had the worst night of sleep after a 10 hour drive. We were asked to move to a different room on the 2nd day due to a leak. The second room was a little better. Staff were nice and lots of places to eat nearby. Would not stay here again though.

The beds and base were metal and every time you sat down on bed it would make a loud bing noise. The bathroom was not clean. The shower curtain was dirty. And then the floor was dirty had white ankle socks on and bottoms were black from floor.

The room was clean, the bathroom is just old with open drains, dirty grout. The beds are metal and one bed made noise every time you moved. Also, one light shade allowed the spotlights in the parking lot to flood the room in light all night.,We should have asked for another room, but we were tired.

We didn't have the best stay. Maintenance isn't their priority. Our shower head and sink were coming off the wall. There was also a back security door that was broken and not locking. The outside lights in the corridor were not working. I also smelled cigarette smoke coming from a neighbor's room and they wouldn't check on it. Overall worst stay at this location.

I have stayed at this property many times over the years. I fish in the StMarys area and this hotel is convenient, reasonably priced, and there is room to park my boat. The staff is good and the lady who manages the dining area is great. It is not a new hotel and shows some wear. I sleep really well on the beds and love their pillows.

The staff I encountered was so friendly. We I checked in my room wasn’t clean, the towel’s definitely need to be replaced, the tub was dirty and had rust in it and the room had a weird odor. The carpet in the hallway can definitely be replaced. The pool area was ok. The breakfast was ok but the lady in the kitchen stated you down and that’s uncomfortable. But before I left the amazing cleaning lady and I had a wonderful conversation and it couldn’t be the same person that cleaned our rooms before we got there because the way she had the other rooms smelling and looking before we left they were immaculate. And she would be the reason I book again if I can get here to clean my room. For the price not bad just needs a good cleaning
