The view and the amenities were nice. The staff was also friendly. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, however. The walls were also thin. One night my neighbor was watching television quite late. I was also awakened quite early one morning to someone playing the flute.

The hotel has great facilities and is located in a very central location.

The room was clean but no extra niceties. Very basic. The hotel is 4* but the food served at dinner was not good. Parking was good.

Worst stay in a hotel for a long time. VERY noisy from other rooms and guests and blaring music outside. Food was terrible and almost inedible Customer service very poor and unhelpful

The hotel is a short walk from a large shopping centre with several places to eat, fast food and table service. A short walk takes you into Guadalajara which is relaxed, tree lined with several parks. The hotel is an excellent 4* hotel with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast

It was a very nice hotel and would recommend it for its very helpful staff and all round cleanliness

Generally a good stay, we arrived at 6pm, no food available in either restaurant or bar till 8.30. We ended up with room service which again didn't start till 8pm but was good when it arrived. Bed was massive and comfy. Very quiet area and no noise at all in the room.

I have no comments on this particular point. If you want reviews, you should not make this a required field

Very nice hotel with spacious room. But seriously noisy, the sound insulation would appear to be non existent.

The property is next to a shopping mall which worked well. The breakfast was not especially good. The food items that should have been at least warm were cold.

Overall it was great price excellent we were part of large group attending wedding at the Monastery -Lupuana so it was very convenient, service overall great and the tavern next door Asador del Pedra superb for lunch & dinner the only minor hiccup was that the food in the hotel was very limited because the restaurant was closed for summer.

Property was great and a great deal - restaurant was kind of strange, looked like they were still working on it, but the food was good.

Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast.

Very disappointed after a long drive to be told at 5pm the restaurant wouldn't be open until 8.30pm nor could we have room service till then. We were forced to go out for a meal.

Returning guests...Says it all really!

This is the 3 rd Tryp hotel we have stayed in on our travels and they have all been very good. The staff excellent, rooms good and good breakfast.

There was a significant amount of noise until midnight from some guests who thought the bed, in the room above us, was a trampoline and the corridors were for races. Voices were unnecessarily loud. This was a total contrast to our stay the week before. However, as we were exhausted, we did not complain to reception. With hindsight, we should have done, because when we mentioned it at reception the next morning, they were very apologetic. That aside, the dinner was again delicious. I would like to have stayed longer. I did ask about rooms with just a shower and not a bath, because I have a dodgy back and was very surprised to be told that they don't have any accessible rooms. I would have thought that that was a legal requirement. Fortunately the bath height is not too bad, but the shower screen is fixed and it was not a comfortable experience climbing in and out.

We used this hotel for a one-night stop driving on to the Costa Del Sol. It was very easy to find after a long day's driving, extremely comfortable and the staff were friendly. The room was beautifully clean with a good, hot shower. Very good quality overall and we wouldn't hesitate to use it again.

On the outskirts of Guadalajara, great for weddings/banquets etc. Long walk to downtown and train station. Mall nearby and good community with a little walk. Top notch in hotels services and rooms

This is a great hotel if you need to visit the hospital - it's only a short walk. The hotel is a bit old and could use some updating, but the beds are comfortable, the staff are helpful and the food is great. My only minor complaint is that the shower could have been cleaner - there was mold in the tile grout. I recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

My stay was for business as I had meetings at Hospital Guadalajara - the location is great since it's very close to the hospital. The breakfast was fantastic (included in my booking). All of the food was fantastic - I recommend the Executive Lunch as it's great food at a great price. I will stay here again.

We arrived later than expected at the hotel but were able to get room service which was quick and good. The hotel was obviously not full and looked to be used for business travellers. The breakfast was an excellent self service buffet and the staff were most helpful.

Excellent in all amenities.
