Perfect. Clean and good shower. Very good value.

My rating takes into consideration the other places i have stayed, both in Invercargill and other NZ locations. Good points: * Friendly, welcoming staff * Heating was on to ensure i arrived to a cosy room. * very cost effective * impeccably clean * comfortable bed * free off-street parking right at each unit * not too near any busy roads * well equipped with kitchen utensils/crockery * complimentary cookies, hot chocolate in the beverage selection * electronic fob access, self locking door The not-so-great: * parking is challenging if you are not confident at reversing *motel itself is functional but extremely dated. * rooms are a bit tight. I’m an average-sized kiwi but i found it a little challenging, particularly in the bedroom and bathroom. * concrete block walls make for an extremely chilly night during winter * bathroom fan is extremely loud and on a timer (to be fair, i was pre-warned about this by the staff, but i wasn't prepared for HOW loud! If clean and cheap is what you want, then this is the place for you! If you are a motel snob (and I admit to being one) then I would suggest looking elsewhere. Top tip: don't turn the heater off, as the temperature plummets during winter. Use the remote to turn it down and leave it on overnight.

The restaurant couldn’t seat us!

was listed as an executive room dont think its is at that level cracked tile at door bedroom door had a hole in it and lounge chair had splits in seat and shower was old style and old wall heater overall was tired looking was offered a $40 upgrade but as only staying one night stayed where i was

Warm, clean, and spacious. Awesome location for the Bluff Festival beong close to the free bus pick up.

The room had a spacious lounge and kitchen-dining area and a separate bedroom. Everything worked well including Netflix. It was quiet and we had a comfortable stay. The lady at reception was friendly and very helpful.

It room was lovely and warm on arrival.

Very spacious well appointed unit,with everything we needed. Manager was friendly and helpful

The manager was not there when we arrived to check in, we had to wait about 20 mins, (along with some other people who arrived after us.) The washing machine did not start when we put the money in. Once we got the manager, she put some more coins in and it went then.

A beautifully updated motel in great condition.

An older property, had us a bit worried from outside, but nicely done inside. Hostess was friendly and helpful. A good night’s rest.

Friendly and helpful management team. Clean and tidy apartment. Close to Queens park and town centre, supermarket and restaurants nearby.

This property was very clean and new decor. The layout of the house was convenient for a family to live in. The services of the property manager was excellent. Strongly recommend.

Large rooms and had recently been refurbished. The property was clean and the Manager was very helpful. Good value for money.

While the room was dated, it was very clean but the ceilings definitely need a refresh.

It is very simple but very nice. Unfortunately I could hear the next door guest talking. That was a bit awkward and annoying as I wanted to sleep and it kept awake.

It was very well looked after, everything was clean and well presented, and we were up graded as well.
