The hotel itself is great. 10/10. The drive to get in and out of the hotel's property is horrendous. Traffic is horrible and can be somewhat dangerous.

I debated on whether to give such a low score, because the you d woman who helped us move rooms due to mold was so nice. However, her colleagues at the front desk were giving me the dirtiest looks and looking me up and down. So, here we are.
Our first room had quite a bit of mold in her bathroom ceiling. I asked if we can move rooms due to the mold, and the young lady helping us was nice and accommodating. However, the second room had a lot of mildew in the bathroom ceiling (possible mold that they covered up with caulking) as well. My son was coughing so badly, and I ended up with a migraine by the end of our stay.

Room was comfortable and reasonably priced. Check in clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Just a few things I needed to mention while checking out: 1.) A light bulb in the room entry was going out, making a strobe light effect which was very annoying. 2.) The hair conditioner bottle in the shower was almost empty. 3.) The sliding door between the room closet and bathroom did not work properly. Hard to operate.

The hotel needs renovation. We changed rooms twice as our toilets didn’t work. The person at the front desk was very helpful and kept apologizing. Very nice.

Bathroom walls were stained, bathtub was patched, spiders in the bed and in need of a remodel. Coffee, breakfast, staff and location was awesome.

Our room had a musty smell and felt very humid. Pulling back the curtain to close the shade revealed a quarter inch gap between the hvac unit and the window above it where you could see the great outdoors. The bathroom walls looked like the had been wet from the shower and the caulking was suspect for mold. Disappointed in this stay as Hampton is usually top notch and one of my first choices.

Very surprised at the condition of this Hampton Inn... I always trust that when there's one close it'll be clean and comfortable but this was not even close. It was hot, smelled awful, the bed was like sleeping on a hard wooden box, furniture outdated and scuffed, carpet was terrible, will not stay here again. Had to change rooms due to overwhelming ammonia smell, staff was very sweet and made the change ready so nothing against them but the second run wasnt worth the $160 we parts to stay here. The pool water was freezing so we couldn't even swim. Such a let down.

We got two rooms. They were both clean. One of the rooms looked to have some water damage to the ceiling but it didn't effect our stay at all. The beds were too firm for me. There was a breakfast included which was nice.

But were disappointed the pool was very cloudy and couldn't see the bottom. Was in severe need of a shock treatment. Went somewhere else to swim.

The room was 56 degrees when we arrived- AC on. While we warmed up the room, it was so humid, the carpet was damp. It stunk. Obviously used to be a smoking room, I booked a non smoking room. Just a bit gross! The lobby men’s bathroom was covered in puke.

The Staff and Management of the property worked VERY hard, courteously, and nicely to accommodate our stay. Even so, our stay was unfortunate. The microsoft outage was beyond their control but the property itself seems to be struggling to stay afloat. Broken elevator, broken juice machine, cloudly swimming pool water, drains for toilet and shower slow, paint in the room clearly incomplete. The property is not what up to the standards nornally found at Hampton Inn. The personell cheerfully tried to over come the deficiencies.

Upon arrival the front desk could not issue keys due to the system being down.... i had a broken foot and was on the 2nd floor upon departure i had to scoot down 2 flights of stairs just cause the elevator was caution taped... notice would have been nice

We've stayed here the last 5 years. This year was subpar at best. The breakfast was cold and meager at best. We were stuck in the un-air conditioned elevator twice. Once for 5 minutes and once for about 10 minutes. Will have to think hard about staying there next year.

Our room had no hand soap so we came downstairs to wash our hands in the public bathroom, which also had no hand soap. The microwave in our room didn’t work. There was a giant booger on the bed spread. There was no conditioner and when we asked for a refill, they said they didn’t have any at all and there was none for purchase. The staff wasn’t helpful and didn’t seem to care. Will NOT be staying here again, which is a shame because we usually have great experiences at Hamptons. It was a disappointing stay.

this hotel is quite a bit more tired than the last time we stayed three or four years ago. The staff is very nice, but a lot of things weren’t done well. Breakfast was late. Coffee was cold. We were assigned the wrong room. Security deposit was put on our bill that was unexpected, and hopefully will be returned.

AC unit rattled a lot. We asked them to fix but they never did. Asked for a rollaway bed several times and they never delivered us one. Pool was not heated. They did not restock breakfast.

Usually, Hampton breakfasts are good, but this one had few choices, and the sausage tasted like cardboard.
