I can tell the room wasn’t clean good enough. I noticed a dead bug. Hair on the toilet as soon as we got in the room

My only issue was that the air unit was linking water on the floor. no one came to fix it after it was reported.

Loved this place, property is beautiful and well kept. Staff was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I liked that the property had an outdoor pool and was convenient to the Mall and various restaurants.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was not terribly clean, and there were stains on the sheets, so if it weren't for the front desk clerk I probably would have taken away a star, but overall they were very accommodating, had a nice continental breakfast, and a nice pool which my children enjoyed using very much.

We got in late but got a quick check in.

The bed we’re comfortable. The pillows were a little small but we asked for extras. The overall stay was great.

Front desk staff was elsewhere on the property when I arrived so there was a wait to get checked in. Room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned, hair on the floor and in the tub, shelf under sink dusty/dirty, crumbs on the carpet in front of the couch. Very loud guests on our hall, doors propped open resulted in nonstop beeping, loud speakerphone conversations until past 1AM. Otherwise, bed was comfy, sheets were clean, larger mini fridge in the room (no freezer compartment), great water pressure. Breakfast was minimal for a hot meal.

Easy to get to

It was in a great location with lots of lighting and other stores for shopping.

The carpeting in our room wasn't clean (lint and dirt underneath the sofa/chairs). Also, bathroom tiles were missing along the baseboard on the door leading to the bathroom. The bathtub, itself, was not all that clean, and the caulking was missing all around the entire length of the tub with rust showing along the bottom edge of the tub where it meets the floor, and caulking was cracking along the top of the tub where it joined with the wall. The floor clearly needs re-grouting along the bottom of the bathtub where it meets the floor. One of the bathroom outlets was not functioning (only the top one was). The shower heads also need replacing. Plus, for three of us staying in a room with two full-size beds for two nights, there was only one tiny container of shampoo, one tiny container of conditioner, and one tiny container of body lotion for the three of us to share. We ran out of body wash after just one person took a shower. The amount of product in each of these bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion was only 3/4 of an ounce in each of those -- not even a full ounce! The pillows were worn looking and had some kind of gray fluff stuck on them. They were also much smaller than average or queen size pillows (almost smaller than twin bed pillows) and were kind of mushy feeling, as if the stuffing inside of them was breaking/falling apart into clumps. The sidewalk outside on the way to the parking area was broken and caving in in some places.

Very clean and quite and affordable

My stay was absolutely amazing. My room could have been a bit cleaner. And I say this only because there were some things noticed in the bathroom and behind the bed. But other than that it was amazing. The staff is helpful and friendly. The outside too is well kept and clean. Love that the surrounding area offers many restaurants and shopping as well.

Great place to stay when traveling on interstate 85. Nice lobby and great breakfast!

I have stayed there 3 times in the past . But this time was not very good. I will not return.
