It could've been a little cleaner, it was dusty and the under the bed lacked attention but over all it was very enjoyable. Very safe area, friendly people and cute little bunnies that come out at night. I didn't get the name of the gentleman that checked us out this morning but he is a keeper!!

It was loud! We were on the bottom floor and you could hear everything above us. It was mostly clean but the floors were dirty. It took FOREVER to check in! there was almost never anyone at the front desk and the breakfast was the most pathetic thing I've ever seen! There were Nutri-Grain bars like four packs of oatmeal total some coffee and that was it.

The room was great, very spacious but it reeked of weed. We reserved a room that was non smoking and everytime we went inside it smelled. Would’ve want to have more cleanliness. But enjoyed our stay.

They promised to clean the room a few times, but they never did. Other than that , the hotel was okay.

We showed up at 950pm to check in, lobby said open until 11pm, and there was no employee there. Waiting in a lobby with 5 other groups until the employee showed up around 1025pm. She informed all of us she was working laundry, no other reason or real remorse. If they are truly that short staffed they ask their employees to be gone for half hour increments, they need to figure that out. My kid was exhausted already from a road trip and it was a bad experience to have no staffing there for a half hour. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Also, the bed felt like a hideaway bed. Very uncomfortable.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from this hotel. There was no hot water and I tried to call to the front desk for help, but nobody picked up for 30 minutes. I had to go to the front desk for help. They said that they could only help to fix this issue the next day. The staff was inpatient and rude. They offered a refund which we would after 24 hours. But they forced us to decide in 30 minutes. After 3 days, we still haven’t received the refund.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff is very helpful and patient with reservations. Whenever I travel I choose here because I enjoy walking around and being able to use a kitchen in my room.

Recent burnt popcorn smell in room and microwave caked with smoky residue. Caked dried food on burners. Breakfast available— what a joke!! Muffins and oatmeal packets. Pathetic. 10 point cleaning inspection such a joke as well.

This place is garbage. No rooms available, manager cancelled the reservation and booked else where at 10pm. When traveling with family and children, this place is not safe and very dirty. Should be torn down

People were great and very accommodating. The hotel is aged and a bit austere and the floor which was linoleum was dirty. However, the staff pretty much did whatever we asked.

We asked for a room with 2 queen beds and they said none were available the day we checked it. The bed was hard, the two pillows were flat and very uncomfortable. We decided to check out the next morning and had to walk all around the property to find the clerk who wasn’t in the office.

The facilities were pretty good in general. The room and bathroom was fine. Parking was always available in front of our room. We found that the room had a few minor issues: one of the lamps was burned out, the bath room had no safety handles for getting out of the shower, and no towel hooks. Finally, the room had a closet in the middle of the room that had no light near it making it very dark to see anything. It also only had 5 hangers....

Breakfast "Included" are mini muffins, protein bars and coffee. That is it. Toiletries included are only hand soap and shampoo. Dishes are provided per request but not even a sponge to wash them. Room cleaning is only once a week, if you want more, you have to pay for it. TV does not support any streaming services or casting. Gone are the days when customer was the king and customer service was the differentiator. This is a very very very basic hotel.

Cleanliness seemed OK, though I guess even for a four-night stay they don't make up your room unless you ask. Overall a cheap motel room with kitchenette feel, hardly a suite. What they call a "grab-and-go" breakfast (to lower your expectations) is so sub-minimal, booking sites should kick them off the list saying they have breakfast. No in-room coffee maker either, or plates/utensils/cups for the kitchenette. Well at least parking was free.
