The only issue I had was my key card. A couple times it quit working. But the staff was great and fixed/replaced the card right away.

Fenomenal customer service from the front desk. Victoria was very kind with me and my daughters. Hotel was great, its pool, breakfast, the rooms. Very well maintained. Great people work there!

The rugs were quite stained in room 350 and a cap was missing from the toilet seat and the cap for the shower rod insert is loose. But overall pretty decent, just mentioning those things for the sake of improvement, but not a complaint.

My booking included breakfast, upon arrival i was advised i have to pay extra for breakfast. A cup of tea $4. Learn to be transparent with your customers.

Property is a middle of the road hotel at a decent price.

Clean and convenient location. Large clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great courtyard and top notch in-house restaurant. I’ll stay here again when I’m in Red Deer.

The desk person asked me all these question on why I’m staying at the hotel
They then proceeded to tell me that they don’t allow local people to stay at the hotel

A short get together with my sisters. Hotel had everything we needed and worked perfect for the sister who was travelling by bus as the red arrow station is right there. Got discounts on the meals in the restaurant which were all very good. Would stay again

Better then expected. Rooms look recently renod however the hallway to the rooms is very worn/old and smelled horrible
I was scared what the rooms were going to look like but was pleasantly surprised when I opened our door.
Only complaint is the stinky hallway lol
Service, rooms, and breakfast in their chaffel house (best damn breakfast I’ve ever had)

Had a problem with front desk girl in regards to deposit. Asked for manager after girl insisted I cancel my reservation and once I got manager he was amazing! Made sure to take a cash deposit for it is all I had and it was good to go no issues. Was able to take my bus out the next day had to ask for late check out front desk was super awesome . Recommended for sure . Great staff all except for the one girl who took her job a little to seriously

Stayed there one night. Very clean. And very polite receptionist.

Very dated. Noisy at night. No firehose on second floor opposite R234. Empty and not replaced. No hand soap in bathroom. No stopper in bath. No water in room. I could go on. Staff were unbelievably rude and incompetent. They tried to double charge me even though it was prepaid and threatened to remove me.
I spoke with the Manager on the phone who was worse again than the receptionist. He threatened to call the police and have me removed.Worst place I have ever stayed in terms of customer service!
It's dirty and rundown which isn't great. The staff that I spoke with are incompetent, unreasonable, stupid and useless. Fawlty Towers was a palace compared to this place. Quality should be removed from the name.

We just had a quick overnight at this Hotel. It is an older Hotel other than the carpets which need to be updated the room was clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly.

I had booked for 4 days but was called away after 2 days. The Manager said they would only charge me for 2 days but charged me for the full amount. I was very disappointed about that since at the time of check-in I was advised that if I left early I would only be charged for the nights I stayed.

Based on the price per night we’re very happy with the room, staff and restaurant. Vouchers for the restaurant was an additional bonus. 👏

The facility is rundown. Check-in took too long because they did not have enough staff on to handle the volume.
Signage for the elevator and rooms was non-existent.
I will never stay at this facility again and will share my thoughts to my friends on social media.

The staff that run this business I can’t say enough about them. It’s a very busy hotel and I can understand why. The house keepers are very thorough. We stayed in red deer for 12 days visiting family so we were in and out a lot. Not once were we not greeted by staff. It may not be a new fancy building, but the staff and their kindness over rides all of that for me. I will book there again in the near future. Thank you quality staff!
