Hotel stank, room stank, breakfast was bad, pretty sure it made me and my husband sick. Shower didn't have hot water. We will not be back.

Great place to stay!

The room was damp and smelled bad. The bathroom door did not completely close. The toilet moved when you sat down. We found a room key on the floor so did they even clean between guests? Just gross! Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The jacuzzi in the jacuzzi suite didn’t work and the workers had no idea what to do and was not helpful at all and did not offer a reduced price for the room or anything disappointing when ya get a room just for the jacuzzi and it doesn’t work

The entire place smelled like must and our bathroom toilet was dirty. I called the front desk and they sent someone to "inspect" the toilet. He acted like he could not see the urine and feces stains and I had to point them all out. He came back with a rag and a spray bottle. The toilet was still dirty. The room was very old and had holes in the wall. Everything was just painted over.

This hotel is running quite well. The staff is very friendly, they recycle and separate trash from paper and plastic. You will enjoy a nice, pleasant stay if you choose this location to be at here in Noblesville.

Place felt really old and dirty, they also extremely raised the prices due to an event going on. Will just stay at Marriotts from now on and not risk this again. VERY unhappy about this.

The hotel was going through renovations. It was not easy to get to and had to go around other buildings and roads to access the building. There were fast food near by and a Walmart which made the access road busy. the hotel was clean and staff was helpful.

The key cards are barely working, the halls smell like skunks, and we were charged an extra 60 dollars that we were told we will get back but that never happened

Very easy drive to Ruoff Music Center. Clean and safe.

Rooms on ground floor need freshening up. Musty and damp and threadbare towels. Comfortable bed. Bring a candle to mask smell and run AC continuously. I know it’s a low star hotel but if you are going to price gauge for concerts you need to improve property. Nice owners working on the morning. Breakfast as you would expect .

Hotel originally booked cancelled, last minute switch. Given the reviews, way better than expected. They were friendly and the place was very clean. Zero complaints

Gave me a room that had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Reluctantly gave me another room. No chargers for cars.

This hotel is affordable and close to venues and shopping. Nothing fancy, but clean.

First room was dirty and tub clogged. They did switched us to a different room which was also very dirty. Stains on the comfronter, hair in main room and also bathroom. Family felt it was disgusting so we left a day ealry and i doubt i will get a refund for leaving early after we complained.

Never Again!

The room smelled like wet dog. The sheets were old and yellow. Stains on the bedspread. We talked to the front desk and asked for a refund. We were told we couldn’t get a refund because we booked with a third party Expedia. They said we couldn’t get a refund because we didn’t cancel 24 hours ahead of time. We had no way of knowing what the conditions of the room was going to be in until we arrived. The pictures online did not show the real story. This is totally unacceptable. I will not stay in another Quality Inn again and I will be contacting the corporate office. I hope they will do the right thing.

Clean but cluttered. Could use an elevator. Breakfast area virtually nonexistent. We did not stop for even coffee. Price for room was ridiculously high for what we got. Very disappointed.

This is so far is the worst hotel I been in the staff is super rude and not helpful. I stayed there for 2 nights and I had another 3 nights booked and cancelled the reservation but they refused to refund my money. They still owe me $346 and every time I try to call them they hang up on me. I will be filing a lawsuit soon for stealing my refund

Good things included a comfortable bed, great lighting and plenty of outlets where needed. The morning desk staff was friendly and helpful. Bad thing was the coffee machine was broken so you couldn't grab a fast cup after driving on the way to your room and no coffee at breakfast makes for unhappy guests! The woman working the desk did her best, offering to make guests a cup from one of the room coffee makers she had behind the desk. If this is a frequent issue have a backup 12 cup Mr. Coffee or at least one of the room coffee makers out with a pitcher of water and basket of coffee packs. Making coffee kept the desk manager from being able to keep the sausage, fruit and pastries stocked too. Two small complaints were there was only one hanger in the wardrobe and there was no channel list with the remote They advertise as a no frills hotel so we got what we expected except for the coffee issue. We would still stay here again as it was conveniently located.
