This placed has been sold to very low class of hospitality personall n inside our room some what unfinished there were no closet? For clothing,no maid services ??some what weird! Very

Apparently, this place is under new management. they say they serve breakfast no breakfast to be seen. I have photos of the room no curtains AC working very badly. No water they have excuses for everything. Oh no TV and they still charge you full price once they tell you that no we’re gonna charge you less but they still charge me price and deposit was supposed to be returned and never did so I’m extremely unhappy with this place

It was a place to sleep for the night. Left a lot to be desired.

The price was right on this property. For being close to Rte. 1, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were quite rude, though. The room keys would quit working every night. The smoke detector had been removed from the room. There was a hole in the bathroom wall behind the toilet despite the room being recently remodeled. The bathroom smelled like mold. On the mirror was a complete list of charges for a laundry list of items you could be charged for, including $900 for a stuffed toilet. We did have hot water and a working refrigerator and TV though. The pool water looked clear, but there was mildew on the hand rails and sides of the pool. There was also trash around the pool. Be sure to ask them to check the room before you check out, so they don't charge you for anything afterwards.

Internet was intermittent at best. I complained both nights. It kept dropping out. When it did connect hit was so slow most of my connections would not open. It worked fine in reception but because they probably had a cheap low level router the signal was not strong en ought to reach the rooms. Useless. I requested a desk to work on. NO furniture except a sofa. I was promised a desk and a chair. Neither was supplied. There was not even a toilet roll holder in the bathroom. Just 4 holes in the wall. Nothing was done. This place needs closing down. It's a joke. A bad one. Do not book this "hotel".

Our room looked as if it was undergoing renovation. No lamp shades, mirror in the room had a broken frame, the toilet paper holder broken, no glasses, only 1 hand towel, no hot water - unable to shower, no hand soap, television had no signal, air conditioner cover was falling off and one knob was missing so unable to set a temperature, bathtub was painted on the bottom to hide something??, shower curtain was too short to fit inside of the tub so if a shower had been able to be taken the water would have ended up on the floor, and the toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet, and there were also holes in the walls in varying places.

Dirty sheets, hairs in the sink and no hot water in the shower.

This place was absolutely disgusting and the front desk clerk was awful. Very scary environment absolutely terrible.

The rooms need remodeled or atleast get toilet seat that fits toilets didn’t have hot water for showers and tub was extremely dirty in the first room I was sent to the air condition didn’t work and comforters was so nasty then 2 room was only stayed in cause didn’t want to loose my money won’t stay there again it should be condemned for real everything is so dirty

For the cheap rate, you kind of have to make certain concessions but they had our reservation but it still took over 10 minutes for them to print out security deposit waivers and getting the keys. They seemed extremely unorganized, scattered, and slow. The bathrooms smelled of mold horribly, and there was a section of the wall even missing behind the toilet. It seems like they tried to make some improvements but have either stopped caring or the standards are just subpar. The caulking job around the tub looks like it was done by a kindergartner with so many gaps, there is no way it’s keeping any water where it’s not supposed to go.. Hense the heavy mold smell. The mattresses were heavily sunken in the middle. Would not stay here again unless desperate. They sure had a comprehensive list about charges to be incurred for damaged room items with prices on each item. It’s like the single wide trailer home with trash all over the yard, multiple broken down cars, toilets in the yard etc, and these are the properties with “No Trespassing” signs which is hilarious.. don’t worry I don’t want to trespass on your trashy property!

No hot water first day. Room was not cleaned or trash emptied or clean towels for 2nd day there. Neither Key card worked 2nd day. Faucet handle was missing. Tub dirty. No stopper in tub. Only 2 pillows. Had to pay $50.00 deposit. Bed was comfy

Half the hotel had been remodeled. The other half was in progress. Check on was 4pm(not 3) Door keys would work sometimes. My room was clean and comfy but no hot water until later that night. It will be very nice when work is complete.

It was unsafe dirty and nothing worked

Wet drywall falling down. Moldy tub. Bathroom smelled of urine. Desk person lied to my face about it being a beuatiful room.

I didn't used to read reviews on Google but now I will. After arriving at this location I realized I was taking a chance with my family's safety so I left to find another hotel. Then I read the reviews on Google maps and a person nailed it.

I booked this trip for a client using my credit card and chose pay at property. I attempted to call ahead to ensure that the client will not have access to my card. I called customer service at hotels.com, they attempted to call and also got no response. The client does not have my card info nor do they have access to my hotels.com account but was unfortunately allowed to bill the hotel stay to my company card causing significant confusion.

The shower was leaking water and there was a piece of wall missing from the bathroom. We asked to be moved from the room and they refused. No water for at least 10 hours.and the office did not notify us... When ithe water was restored it was only the cold water.. Nonhot water at all.

Two days with water issues.. one day no water at all.. and the next day only cold water available.

The morning staff in the front desk was not friendly and was not very helpful... We asked for the house keeping service and one of the staff said maybe they we going to clean my room after we have been in the same room for 5 days.

Could not get the cable to work although the maintenance man tried hard. Got there early to watch the college football playoff games and then couldn't do it. Also had an awful hard time getting the cards to work to unlock the room door. Made around 6 trips to the office before I got one to work well enough to get in.

The person who checked me in was rude. I was asked for a $50 deposit cash when checking in, which was not stated anywhere in the booking process. The room was missing a smoke detector and the outside door only had a dead bolt to lock it. The hot water in the shower was not working. I did not feel safe or welcome.

The front very helpful and I will be there again.
