I was injured during my Camino and had an unexpected stay in Vigo. The staff here was excellent. They took really great care of me. As a solo traveler who was not fluent in the language and having an injury the level of service and support made all the difference.

This is an amazing hotel. Everything was spotless and the staff was so nice, funny, polite, and simply adorable. I first got there before checkin time, and was directed by super professional and sweet Enrique to their beautiful cafe/bar area where smiling Ruth treated me like a queen. Shift change came and Patricia was so sweet and nice. Patricia informed me of the cafe/bar time table, always with a smile. Enrique checked me in and I went to my room. Oohhh room fitted for a Queen. Took a shower and laid down on the best bed ever! Woke up and went to dinner downstairs where adorable Salvador tended to all my requests and gave me nice conversation. Next morning, breakfast was ready super early and it was delicious. An array of beautifully presented breakfast items plus the sweetest orange segments on earth! There was Ruth again, who without words understood my need for a delicious Cafe con leche. Overall this was an outstanding stay and will return. Thank you for a wonderful stay

before booking I asked Hotel.com to confirm linked rooms and asked the hotel to confirm - both did - we arrived with our 2 children and had neighbouring rooms not joined - so totally pointless - the kids were too young to keep in separate room so as adults we separated, for my wifes birthday trip! - complete mess - great breakfast and parking though - maybe without the total mess up I would be more positive - I think its better to stay at central hotel like NH and AC tbh

Hotel was good quality with excellent selection of complimentary toiletries.
Location not great as a little distant from centre and port area with uphill climb on way back though taxis plentiful and not expensive.
Good value compensates for this.

We were a late check in and the the hotel was quite. Front Desk was fine but relatively unknowledgeable when it came to parking, we had a van and were curious about the height restriction.
Also - unaware that this property is a hostel and ammenitites are basic and the room A/C was hardly working. Upside - the room was pretty clean.
If you're looking for some place close to town ... this isnt bad.

Clean, modern, no charm but perfectly satisfactory. We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel for a three night stay and this suited us. We only really slept there as we spent most of the time expelling Vigo.

Really pleased with this hotel, on a main road leading into Vigo but no problem with traffic noise, good free underground car park with lift access, road to the side of hotel was a 5 minute walk to restaurants and cafe bars, a 10 minute walk and your in the main hub of Vigo, Staff were all very helpful, we forgot to bring a plug converter and hotel happy to lend one, My Spanish is non existent and some of the staff were not fluent in English but we managed fine, Breakfast was really nice with lots of choice, continental and Eggs and Bacon for us brits, Did not have a evening meal in restaurant but looked really nice, With Vigo being hilly i would recommend walking into the centre or down to the harbour as it is all down hill and easy but get a cab back, we did this several times and cab fare was always around E4.80 even from the harbour area, Although i did drive the hire car into town a couple of times and found public car parks plentifull and reasonable,

This is a great and cheap hotel on the main road that goes into Vigo. It is a bit oldish per se, but the room we stayed in has been renovated. We asked for the room that did not face the road and had a very good rest. The room had a fridge, which was really nice. The toiletries and hair dryer as standard.

I was never able to check in to this hotel because I ended staying with family, but was unable to get a refund for the night because I couldn't get help in English.

the hotel appears to be recently remodeled, room is rather small and the decor is kind of strange. but it does the job. breakfast is very good.

It was pleasant but it was difficult to make changes in reservation. Front desk personnel were somewhat rigid.

Nice Hotel. Personnel was attentive. Rooms were clean and roomey compared with other Hotels in Europe. Parking available at the Hotel for a fee but if parking is not available at the Hotel you can be driving around for a long time trying to find parking on the street. Driving around Vigo is not easy as no all the street's name are posted on the walls and it has lots of 1 way streets and driveabout.
It is located just 15 min. from the train station if you are lucky and do not get lost.
