We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in the area. Breakfast was good, and there was plenty of free parking. It was close to everything we wanted to get to, too.

It was ok. Except our hall way on the floor we stayed on smelled like marijuana. And at the time of our stay it only had one elevator working. Which caused a delay with going to our room or leaving the hotel

Nice hotel, great room, great breakfast. Coffee maker in room was horrible! Poured a cup of water in and got a half an inch of coffee. Complained to front desk with no action over the course of our stay. For the price we paid for this stay, could've sprung for a nice Keurig coffee maker. Just rubbed me the wrong way first thing in the morning!

Very nice, clean, friendly staff, bar and breakfast was great. Only two negative things during our stay there were nowhere to sit outside, and the staff told me to park in the garage did not advise that there was a parking lot in the back my car is an suv and the garage was full and tight and my car did not fit to exit the garage and got sideswiped on a metal bar that stuck out at the exit causing damage to the car.
If I would have know there was parking in the back that is not obvious when you arrive at the front, I would never have even tried to drive down there that is for compact cars only.

I reserved a King bed for me and my wife as a night away and to see a show nearby and when I get there I am told no kings are available and they only have a room with 2 queens and if that was alright as if I had a choice. They said they would removing the parking fee as an apology but there is no parking fee so there’s that. We get to the room and it’s 2 double beds not queens so me and my wife are now sleeping in different beds which is not how we wanted to spend our night and the the curtains had holes and paint missing on the walls. Also the shower didn’t drain very well like it was backed up. Overall not a good experience

The Staff was AWSOME! They helped us with figuring out how to get to Salem by train and printed everything out for us and highlighted all the stops we needed to change trains. And the rooms were big and clean. With a family of 5 we were extremely comfortable and not on top of each other.

Very comfortable beds, spacious room, and the breakfast was an upside surprise! Ramona gave us first class service with a smile! Bedroom did have a lot of road/truck noise (even on 8th floor) but we were both sleeping lightly anyway. Parking was easy and not too expensive ($15) Room was actually pricey too, but the best value compared to the rest of Boston!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. We had a king, 8th floor. The room is spacious. Everything is clean. The hotel is walkable to town with food options & convenience store. There are also some great outdoor spaces to sit & eat.
The breakfast each morning had good options. Ramona’s greeting in the morning is the best! Fresh coffee &/or tea available 24 hours.
The pool is very nice & heated. Plenty of seating & they have fresh towels.
There are plenty of parking options. We liked the underground garage. Easy to park with elevators to take you to your floor. Room key is needed to buzz in to get to the elevators. Good security feature.
We were visiting family in Melrose. It’s an easy drive & about 15 mins away. We were very happy & would stay again.

Had to pick our own towels
Room not cleaned despite requesting several times
Front desk agent Jurell W extremely rude and asked me to come to the front desk to discuss options and in the end I had to carry my own towels to the room

Great amenities with pool and breakfast. Eating area for breakfast could be laid out better. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was an extra not mentioned in booking. Staff were polite and knowledgeable.

The room was very spacious and convenient for Tufts university. Our room smelt a bit - seemingly from the Bathroom. I assume it was an old leak that had been in the bathroom. However they are renovating this fall and I would stay again.

It was older, the carpet was very frayed in the hallway on the 6th floor. Like coming up in chunks. The decor was dated. I was shocked at how expensive it was to stay there with the dated hotel/room we were in. I expected more for the cost I paid. The pictures online don’t exactly match what we were given. I was also not told about the nightly parking fee or the nightly occupancy tax so it ended up being quite a bit more than I was expecting. $240 more to be exact that I was not informed of.

The bed itself was very comfortable, everything was clean and neat, staff was fabulous, but the building needs a little TLC - bathroom door was all scratched and rugs are tired.

Nice hotel, public transit was close. Only complaint is movies are too easy to access but a child. My room was charged $28 for a movie that wasn't watched because a young child was playing with the remote. Staff however were very helpful at trying to remove the charge.
