Stay was good for price and staff was very helpful and team oriented

Breakfast is not included. Very misleading and overpriced. The property wreaked like cigarettes inside and out. The halls were dingy, nothing to cook with in the kitchen, bathtub was chipping and the room was very humid.

No cooking items available first day. 2nd day the pot and pan were so bad our food was covered in teflon. Outside was always trashy.

I know that it was an oversight as I have stayed here previously, but I had to ask for a shower curtain. The staff was quite accommodating and provided me one right away.

No early check in come in at230 and manager told me check in at 3 no early check in Kitchen don’t have any cooking stuff and no plates utensils and whe I ask if I can get some was told no we are full and we don’t have anything for u Breakfast was included but only coffe and muffins and breakfast bars and it was located in small area not cool Extra 100 for damage security it’s awful room was paint coming out of bath tub This hotel in rough shape it smell smoking cigarettes an also smell marijuana with small children this was not cook

This property is very old and the rooms showed it. Clean but worn out.

The hotel was dark and had a distinct odor

Bug found in the bathroom, also was given a handicap room that had a handicap accessible bathroom, which after a shower flooded the room, and the shower head setup wasn’t good

the room that I reserved was not available, check in took 17mins, staff pleasant but clearly unprepared, only one person at the front desk at 3pm which is when check-in begins. Room was dark, dirty, and musty. Booked for two nights, left after one.

I don’t normally give horrible reviews but this hotel is extremely dirty and nasty. It needs a deep clean and to be renovated. Think twice before staying there!!

This place was filthy. The cigarette buts in the entry foyer should have been our sign to run. We checked in anyway. The 2nd floor hallway didn't have any lights on which was creepy. Our room had fresh linens, but the counters looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. There was dried food stuck to all surfaces. The bathroom floor had gum smashed into it and brown spots that I believe to be poop. Run far from this place.

A clean place to sleep. No ice machine. Breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal period.

Room was mediocre and smelled as if they tried to rid it of cigarettes.

Terrible experience

The front desk people were very nice. The furniture was decorative. Room was not clean, even the second room I switched to was dirty. Faucets dirty (with built up crud along base of faucet, and soap scum), sink dirty. Large dead bug on floor of bathroom. Hair in tub (before our use). The halls were with heavy smoke which came in the room with brief door opening. Was charged twice for the same night 5/17-5/18, this is not yet resolved. They say the problem is with Hotels.com. They couldn’t find my reservation, yet after paying full rate, I found on my credit card an additional charge for the same night at the rate I booked with Hotels.com. Was told the GM would be in on Saturday afternoon, I requested a call to resolve this. I called and left another message. Have not spoken to her as of yet. And the icing on the cake on the last morning found a bedbug walking inside the sheets, and upon closer look, a bedbug carcass also.

Property staff was not super friendly. Looks like they were doing some painting and had not quite finished the job by removing the tape in some areas.

It was an interesting check-in due to computers being down, so an authorization form was required to fill out and submit via my cell phone. The process was handled well overall; however, once I was in my room a couple used their access card to enter my room. Since I had secondary latch down they physically couldn’t enter, so they knocked. Since this happened my room cards were subsequently disabled which voided my access to WiFi. I had already driven hours and worked a full ER shift, so I was too exhausted and painful to go back to the lobby. I had asked when checking in if there was anyone to assist with checkout the following day since I had an early shift. I was told yes. When I went to check out, no one was there so I left the defective key cards on the desk. There was also no remote control for the television.

The entire Room and especially the bathroom was filthy. An inch of soap caked on the soap holder in the shower. A dead fly in the corner of the bathroom, hair in the tub, DIRTY AND STAINED washcloth, grungy and disgusting, and the bath tub was partially painted! First and last stay at that hotel! Not sure why reviews are asked- nothing will become of this.

I really enjoyed my stay. Prices was fair and i think you get a lot for your money. Great location near the mall. Rooms are very .comfortable.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The front desk was incredibly friendly but that was the only positive. The elevators, hallways, and rooms smelled like a mixture of pet urine and feces and weed. The carpets were stained and the kitchen was dirty. Other people’s old water bottles were in the fridge. A friend was traveling with me and when she got to room and opened the door, there was already a family in there cooking dinner. When we went to the front desk, all we got was “oh there’s someone in there? There shouldn’t be?” She did end up getting a new room but we didn’t stay. Between that, the odor, and the roaches, it wasn’t worth it. When another friend of ours went to complain about the roaches, there were other guests in the lobby complaining about the same thing. Seriously, save your money and look elsewhere.

Hotel is effed up!

The front desk worker, Chrissy (Christina) defined friendly, compassionate, and empathetic. It was a joyful experience conversing with her and she answered my numerous questions with ease. The only downside was the bed/bed sheets. The bed was quite hard and the sheets were scratchy. There was no actual blanket.

Not a great experience with this hotel they never told us our rooms we booked months in advance wouldn't be available till after our party arrived. I understand things happen but i was told i wouldn't be charged for the rooms since we didn't get to stay there and expedia had to relocate us. Then the hotel charged me anyway and lied and said they didn't and to call expedia they couldn't help me. Front desk woman was rude and wouldn't even get on the phone the last time i called just told the guy to tell me call expedia back. So unprofessional.
