Poor customer service drug addicts running around everywhere no parking rooms where filthy all around experience was terrible

This place used to be good when I came to US first time before 8 years. Yesterday, the place and room was having smoking smell. The room was very dark and many power outlets were not working.

We got DNR'D for something that we had nothing to do with all because the person that worked at multiple building was jealous and mad because he was sexually harrassing me and my friend.

The front desk lady with the glasses was very helpful and understanding I'm actually going back again today .id recommend this place to everyone.

Listing says check in until 12AM, but closed when I arrived at 11:15 PM. Waste of time.

The room was extremely smelly, carpet dirty, there was even a big dead insect in the carpet. We were so tired after checking in at night, that we just sprayed the room and somehow passed the night. The washroom counter, toilet sear was dirty too.. Overall its just the location which is in a mall, is nice, otherwise its too unghygienic and bad

The room wasn't as clean as I would've hoped. Hairs in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, the room smelled of possibly lasagna, and the sheets were quite rough. It was suitable for a cheap one night stay, but I doubt I'll choose to stay at an extended stay again after this experience.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and the linens were equally so. Desk clerk was not a very pleasant person and overall I will not be going back ever nor will I stay at another hotel with this same name in my future. Thanks!

Clean rooms and fresh linen. Hallways are always clean and free from odor and stains. Its very comforting to have a home away from home.

The staff was extremely rude and trash just sitting in hallway on the way to the room......for the entire stay.

This Extended Stay America property felt safe, it was very peaceful and always quiet. The staff at this location were all very professional and helpful during my stay. Great amenities, and also very clean!

The place is super dirty (bedbugs) and it stinks everywhere.

It’s just a horrible hotel the front desk agent was unfriendly and just plain rude and nasty attitude.

Overall good experience. Checked in promptly - room did have a musty smell to it but not terrible. Not super up to date but served the purpose we needed for a decent price - a night to sleep.

If you want to stay in a room that smells like a dive bar then here’s your spot. Smelt so bad and was not clean

This was the sketchiest place I've ever stayed. It's been a long time since I feared for my life at a hotel. First, if you need to call there, good luck. Took me 30 calls over 6 hours to get someone to answer the phone. I got in after midnight on a Tuesday, navigated through the people loitering outside in front (apparently many people LIVE at this hotel), fought through the smoke and weed smell to find nobody at the front desk. Finally a woman came out who was very nice and apologetic, but she seemed to be in housekeeping rather than the front desk person. She immediately asked me if "all of them" are still out front (they were). It seemed like she was nervous about whatever was going on out front. I asked to get to my room so I could sleep, and she got me a key that opened a door, but the inside lock was on, which freaked me out. I went back down and she said "Oh somebody's in there" and proceeded to tell me about problems with the system. She found me another room that was different, but I just wanted to get in ASAP and lock the door, so I was fine with it. The woman who helped me was nice doing her best, as was the front desk woman who eventually showed up at my door and offered a discount, so kudos to them. But the hotel itself is populated with full-time residents who you won't want to surround your self with. There's apparently a reputation for incidents here, and the smoke smell is just nasty.

Everything was Great

At front desk for check-in and was greeted by sign saying “on break, be back in 30 minutes.” I called the hotel operator and a laundry service employee had to check me in. She had to be walked through the process via FaceTime by I guess the guy that was on break. It was very unprofessional. In the room one of the bedspreads was stained, the toilet seat was broken, and sometimes the toilet did not completely fill back up with water after flushing.

Just an overnight stay and everything was perfect for my needs.

Too much loitering outside from those who live there. Halls reeked of marijuana. No cups anywhere when asked for one.

Front desk receptionist was not friendly. Didn’t talk until she asked for identification.

it was convenient even though there is no sign for the property. The rock mill road sign is on the other side of the road in the opposite direction. the staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. I didn't like that I had to kill several little roaches in the bathroom and the kitchen during my stay. I asked the front desk to assist, but she said she didnt have another room but she will go and spray home defense. I left for about an 1 hr. I seemed as if nothing was done. To make myself comfortable I had to buy a insect spray to use. Also on the each floor there is a Trash room, that was overflowing in the evenings. There is no maintenance in the evenings. My five day stay was eventually ok, but I dont think I would revisit. Also there is a lot of construction when you look out the window.

Clean and friendly. In a great area with a mall and plenty of places to eat.
