AMAZINGLY WARM WELCOME BY TAYLOR AND DAILON AT CHECK IN. I HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL MANY TIMES. KAYLA, JESSIE AND ALL THE FRONT DESK CREW ARE SO VERY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL. THE LADY DOING BREAKFAST TOO. SOME EMPLOYEES AT THIS HOTEL HAVE WORKED AT THE HYATT FOR A LONG TIME, AND CERTAINLY MAKE THE GUESTS FEEL AT HOME. KEEP THE GREAT WORK UP!!!!

I love staying at the Hyatt Place. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are always clean and I never habe any issues there.

Clean hotel with excellent service. The hotel was busy when I checked in but the young lady at guest services was friendly and efficient.

From the moment we walked into the lobby we knew this was a property poorly run. Carpets filthy, common areas dirty, odd smell through the hotel. We got to our room and the smell was so bad. We called the front desk and they came up with room spray that made no difference. Our room was also very dirty. Mildew on shower door and dirty carpet and walls. Employee confirmed that all the rooms are the same smell and it’s an old hotel. Probably should have not told a customer that. We left and went to a brand new hotel a few minutes away. Communicated with the manager and received a full refund which we were thankful for.

We loved everything except the breakfast. It left a little to be desired. No muffins or pastries. No peanut butter, and so few choices. It also ended exactly at 9:00am. I would think it could remain open until 9:30am?

The hotel is well appointed, has an excellent staff, is very clean and comfortable. I have stayed twice; a year apart, and was very satisfied both times. Nice complimentary breakfast each day compared to the competition. Easy access to the hotel. Way above average dining and shopping options within a mile. Definitely will return next year.

Breakfast is not open long enough. Closing at nine is silly. People are on vacation they want to sleep in.

It was obvious that the hotel needs a deep clean throughout the hotel. Cobwebs in corners that is easy to clean up in the public places.

They were renovating and you could tell it was going to look very nice. The inside definitely looked nicer than the outside. The rooms were fantastic. Very clean and looks like they had just been updated.

Lack of variety at breakfast.

There was an annoying light right outside our window on the first floor and there was a bunch of garbage outside the window. Also there wasn’t any dish soap for purchase or complimentary.

We had a great stay here. Close to alot of restaurants and shops. Very clean and friendly place.

Very nice staff

Hotel staff was friendly. In room we found multiple spiders in our room/beds. The breakfast was terrible they were out of most everything including plates and cups was not kept up. We paid extra to get a hotel with a breakfast and ended up having to go out and eat anyway because it was so empty and we got to breakfast an hour and a half before it was “over”

Everything was great. The breakfast was subpar, it could’ve had more of a selection. The front desk staff was amazing, we bought my son a new stuffed animal that had a home in it and the front desk staff sewed it up for him!

The property had a bunch of junk piled up by the hall and breakfast was atrocious, waffle make didn’t work, nothing was restocked dirty tables etc.

The cleanliness of the hotel did not meet my expectations. The room appeared out dated and had an unpleasant odor, with visible fingerprints on the walls, doors, and dressers.

PROS: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The pool was heated and clean. CONS: The breakfast needed a bit of help. The sausage and eggs were either overcooked or just poor quality. I stayed five days and only ate breakfast there once. However, there're a little coffee house right across the street from the hotel where I had a delicious egg, sausage, cheese, and potato scramble with a cup of joe at an affordable price. The overrall condition of the property is a bit rough simply from usual wear and tear. A close and routine evaluation of the property by management would reveal these details, and corrective action would raise the overrall appearance. Regular maintenance of areas such as: fingerprints inside elevators, dirty/ stained windows in pool area, lounge chairs in hotel entry with underlining hanging down, etc. I realize the Hyatt Place is not the same as staying at a regular Hyatt hotel, but attention to these types of details should be in line with the Hyatt brand. I hope this review helps and is not intended to be critical but to make the experience at your property a more pleasant one.

Big room and great breakfast! We will stay here every time we go to Boise!

This hotel is old and noisy! The ac went on and off every 15 minutes with a high pitched squeak. The double room beds are tiny; do not try to stay as a couple without a king option! They do not keep brewed coffee in the lobby 24/7 even though there’s a coffee station. The price was way too high for the quality of hotel. On a positive note, the rooms are spacious and great for family travel with a huge couch and good mini fridge.

Service was really great during my stay. Special shout out to Taylor last night and to Sandy this morning for finding me some half and half for my coffee!

Clean hotel. We were hoping for better breakfast options. :(
