Great stay we will be back!!

Chauncy, the front desk person, was super friendly and helpful. We drove here from Omaha, Nebraska and so thankful we were welcomed with a smile and good service!! He truly was amazing!!

Pool was murky and green. Did not swim in it. Area and other guest were questionable at best. Will not stay there again.

Great place in North OKC

There was a lot of noise in the 6th floor. They were just running up and down the hallway all morning from 8 to around 10 am. Then I notice ants all on the ac unit. I also have a video of the ants as well.

Great stay. Room was very clean and well appointed spacious and bed was comfortable. Only issue big red stain on the carpet. Breakfast was good plenty of choices. We would stay again. Nice hotel

The pool and garden area were just excellent very beautiful. The breakfast was one of the best I've had it had a good selection and quality food.

The staff was really helpful and curtíos. Rooms were very clean. Will highly recommend.

Ants in room 209 and the ac unit would still blow cold air even when turned off

One of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel. Broken door handle, musky humid air blowing out of ac unit that caused my allergies to flare up bad. Messaged front desk with issue and no response. Room Phone disconnected call tone went off twice at night on the phones speaker. I had to get up and pick up the phone and hang it up twice in the middle of the night. Guys talking loud and laughing in the hall until at least midnight. Breakfast was horrible. Potatoes undercooked and crunchy, eggs way over cooked and dry.

This hotel was quiet. Outside pool area was excellent. I used that space to work on my homework and felt safe. The place was clean.

The building is a little worn, scuffed up. Breakfast was chaos, food items not prepared and set out. Biscuits cold. Coffee was full of grounds.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room and beding wasnt cleaned very well. Staff was slightly unhelpful and one staff member made me feel uncomfortable.

This is our second time staying here. Staff is friendly.

The first room we were placed in didn’t have a working TV, the second room they moved us to had a broken door and we had to be moved to a third room that had all working accommodations. The staff was excellent, but it was disappointing to be shuffled around so much and have so many issues.

Clogged bathroom sink and low water pressure from sink. Dirty curtains. It had glitter on them

I’m a consistent La Quinta inn and suites patron. I must admit that I accidentally booked this La Quinta on North Expressway, as I normally stay in La Quinta Inn and suites in other parts of the city. let me first start with the staff: the staff person who checked me in was pretty nice, my only issue with her is that when I got my receipt, it was more than the anticipated total and she never told me. Hey, I’m putting a deposit on your card, which is fine but just the way she went about it was kind of shady. Was clean and nice. Molly issue was the bed. The bed was horrible. It was too low and the mattress was so uncomfortable. It was shaky and when you made the slightest move in the bed pillows were trash. They had no level of comfort to them at all. Bathroom was clean. Refrigerator was clean. The overall room was clean, but y’all need to upgrade your beds ASAP. Let’s talk about the breakfast. The breakfast was not good at all the bread to make toast seems stale. The sausage patties had no flavor and were very undercooked. The King‘s have juice machines this La Quinta put their juice in pictures and it was not cold at all just a personal preference I like my cold, not lukewarm. I wouldn’t recommend this La Quinta to stay in again next time I won’t make the same mistake and will book in my usual other parts of the city. There were other little bitty things that need upgrading As well. With the little remodeling and upgrades, this La Quinta could be fit to stay.
