Awful, view of a staircase rusting stairs. Our room hah, the entrance door didn’t meet the floor so we had to put towels on the floor to make sure no critters came in! The one lounge chair was plastic and we could never close it finally we did. Extra towels nope none for a 3 day stay…clean sheets nope, room never cleaned for our 3 day stay. Amenities these are!!! Nope we have to pay extra charge for our stay we weren’t about to pay for that after $348 …then our key card didn’t work we were so far away from the office I thought I’d have to get an Uber!! Family picked up a up, we didn't have a car. Sadness beyond our grandson an Air Force personal was being buried at Arlington National Cemetery only 24 years old. So with our grief the Hotel only added to that we are 76 n 84 yrs old and in our elder yrs we didn’t expect this hotel to be sub par below expectations. Never ever again will we stay at Extended Stay America again!

The premises are not kept clean. It’s like the management has given up and just does the bare minimum required to keep it running. Advertises convenience package with kitchen supplies etc, but in reality, hardly anything was available when I asked

Bath towers are hairy they haven’t even washed properly

The room was INFESTED with pillbugs and the sink was full of gnats. I was too scared to look under it and see why. There were so many bugs that you can sit on the bed and see about 4 crawling around you. It was unreal. Room 127 to be specific.

Room ventilation could be greatly enhanced.

good place to stay being going for years

Drug deals, fighting going on in the parking lot right by our vehicle. I felt very unsafe. I had cancer surgery the next day that's why we stayed here but it was a nightmare. I needed to relax and stay calm couldn't do that here. You need to inform customers that people live full time in this place.

When we entered the room, it smelled like fish. I think it was due to the humidity, but I’m not sure. Once we turned the AC down, the smell did get better. Other than that, it was a cozy room and we had a nice stay.

Overpriced. Not very clean. Smells like smoke even tho it’s non smoking. Air conditioning is poorly placed. Bring your own blankets!!

A quiet, good safe place to stay for a convenient rate. With the proximity of about 15-20 minutes to visit Washington DC famous points of Historical significance.

In two words, our suite was "clean" and "functional." It was a bit dated, but that's quite typical in this price range. It was very well located near the Inova offices and clinics we needed to visit. The room was clean. It didn't stink. The staff was very friendly and provided a couple of extra pillows on request. We had to wait for them to finish being laundered. Yes, they launder pillows daily! The bed was comfortable. The kitchen counter made a good desk, with plenty of electrical outlets. Kitchen supplies are by request at the front desk. We'll definitely be returning there on a regular basis.

Overall the hotel is fine for a night or two. It's a get what you pay for situation. Needs some updating, but has the basics. There was some cleanliness issues. The floors, shower, toilet, and sink were clean. There appeared to be something stuck/dried to the wall in a few places near the kitchen, looked like food (we hope). Matress was hard. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is old and run down and the grab and go breakfast was nothing but coffee --they were out of creamer--and pre packaged preservative free muffins and cereal bars. Not even a banana. The room was clean but toilet needed three flushes each time before it would work.

Seemed a bit sketchy at night. Some interesting people outside in the parking area. Also parking was a premium so i had to park way on the other side of the building and walk to my room.

Vending machines were broken but the front desk clerk gave us his personal water which he didn’t have to do that was very nice.

I love holiday Inn express's as a travel RN you learn where and where not to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful and gave me a 2pm checkout as i work nights . Lots of shops nearby and Red lobster just yards across the street.!!

Good basic hotel room at a good price. Room, sheets, towels were clean. Adequate grab and go breakfast: oatmeal, muffin, bars, hot coffee and water. Good customer service at front desk, everyone was nice, Naktai and others.
