We had a great stay. Crystal at the front desk was wonderful. She was very sweet and checkin was quick. The room was very clean. We have a great stay and breakfast was good.

Meh… Slifhtly over priced for the overall experience.

Based off an 2 week stay for work. All in all not a bad place, staff is good, dealers are nice, food is ok. Prime rib was good. Breakfast selection was ok, cafe staff was good. Bowling on the property was a plus. The bad part was we had 4 double suites and 2 of them smelled heavy of ant spray, gave us a headache the first 2 days. Never seen ants, must have been cleaned up prior to our stay. Second bad part was the spa, sat down and was reading a book, looked around after a few and noticed it had a heavy green foam and a crust around the tile.(nasty) Was already in so I gave it a chance thinking someone had dumped soap in the spa!! some people had complained. Ended up showering after and itched like crazy. We came back the next day the foam was gone but still a green crust around the tile. Never went back in.

First thing we notice was that the room felt warm and the air-conditioning was not working properly. I pulled out the air filters and they were completely covered in lint and dust debris. Next we noticed perimeters had not been vacuumed and base of TV was dusty, also dust hanging from lighting above sink and refrigerator area. The next morning the toilot clogged and unfortunately there was no plunger. The restaurant, casino and bowling alley were enjoyable.

Smaller casino, but had the staples! Great restaurant, huge portions, great prices, and good choices. Room (2 queen suite) clean, spacious, and comfortable. (Only drawback was quite the walk from the lobby). Pool area looked nice.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the pool was nice. Our room's door had a 1/2 inch gap. You could see into our room from the hallway if you looked through it. The fridge had spilled food and containers of food from the last guest. There were boogers wiped on the wall. The beds were uncomfortable. The floor of the main entry to the hotel was dirty and needed to be mopped. Oh, and not to mention the $50 resort fee that I did not see mentioned on their webpage when I looked them up. I paid $200 for a room I would not have spent $50 on had I known how filthy it would be. Oh, and the breakfast topped it off. Nothing like microwaved sausages. Not even my 2-year-old ate, and she eats anything. Very dissatisfied. Im tryimg to load photos but unable i will post them on google

My only complaint about this property is how the entire area smells like stale cigarette smoke! Immediately upon walking into the lobby you are greeted by this horrible smell. Since this hotel is connected to a casino, I expected the smoke smell to be in the gaming area but I was dismayed to discover the smell has literally permeated the entire property on the inside! My daughter and I have horrible allergies to smoke and we both had to use our inhalers. Otherwise the room was clean and the staff I interacted with at check in were great.

The hotel was clean and quiet.

AC UNIT DIS NOT WORK AND WAS BROKEN, DIRTY TOWELS WERE FOLDED UP LIKE THEY WERE WASHED AND CLEARY WEREN’T

The housekeeping staff were excellent. They were quick to bring more toilet paper and pillows as we requested. There was some mold around the toilet, but once it was brought to their attention, they remediated the problem. Great location and good brealfast.

It was very clean and good for a night but the smell of cigarette is just all over...even in your rooms...

The beds are like bricks and the pillows are very flat. Very basic TV channels, antennae only I think. The hot tub was dirty and had a ring above the water level that looked like pond scum. A boy pulled a pile of leaves, hair and grasshoppers out of one of the filters. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would not choose to stay here again.

The manger left a message on my phone saying that they have “evidence” I smoked inside my room and they had already charged my card $250. I called him immediately and explained that I have never smoked in my life and absolutely did not smoke in the room. He said the maid found a cigarette butt in the room and that my card had already been charged. He stated he can’t reverse the charge and I would have to talk to his boss. Eventually the charge was reversed but accusing me of something completely false and charging my card before you even speaking with me is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Was not what we expected. Looks nice on outside but somewhat run down inside. Casino good as terrible! Dinner was disgusting! They give you free breakfast but limited choice and not great!

The parking lot had awful smell. Our room had a nest of wasps in it and 6 live wasps on the window behind the drapes - management just switched us rooms . Will never come back

Did not like the customer service did not like the hotel accommodations. The beds are terrible. The casino is not all that great. The people that work there are rude just all around not that great. It would never stay there again.

Stay five nights nice hotel and then give you a free full on breakfast choice of five different meals

The place is generally good, but the smoke smell from the casino is a major issue, particularly for those with allergies and asthma. However, the staff members are excellent, and the rooms are clean. It would be helpful if they had a glass door or some kind of barrier to prevent tobacco smoke from the casino spreading to the accommodation rooms.

Property was good, service in the restaurant was very slow. Waiters seemed grouchy.

An employee decided to be on his phone right outside out room window to talk to someone that was harassing him so he was using alot of bad words and he lasted over 10min talking to him ,there was ants in the bathroom,our pull out bed matress was stained looked like blood plus did have any cover over matress bathroom shower head did not work properly and the bathroom was not clean well ,we did ask for our room to be cleaned and it wasnt cleaned properly

The room was nice, not too clean though (bathroom !). The carpets outside of the room were old and a bit smelly. free breakfast was ok, only three simple choices available. We tried it once and did not want to come back for another meal.
