Very unhelpful staff. They all had a bad attitude. My toilet was clogged and no one came to check on it for 3 days even though I made several requests. They only clean your room if you ask and I had to request on 3 different occasions to finally get it cleaned. Breakfast was only a waffle, no juice, milk or bagels. I couldn’t take being there any longer so have moved out to a nicer hotel.

The stay was ok. The hotel does need some work. The toilet wouldn’t flush in the middle of the night but decided to fill with water in the morning. The bed was ok. You could tell it had seen better days.

It was very noisy, you can hear doors slamming all hours of the night, the clerk that checked me in wasn’t very helpful just made it feel like I was inconveniencing him!
The room was good, plenty of hot water (didn’t have an adjusting shower head) and the AC worked great!

The property needs some TLC. The staff left the property in the morning so I had to wait to check out which was little odd and inconvenient

Property is in much need of repair. Breakfast options were extremely limited and low in nutrients. Trouble sleeping due to noise everywhere. Why was our phone ringing in the middle of the night? We paid way more than this hotel was worth.

Very nice help staff, but the place is pretty beat down. Not very clean, hair dryer holder hanging off the wall (I fixed it with basic tools), baseboard missing, old haggard carpets and furniture….
Usable if in a bind but you can easily find much better option. Do not take single queen rooms next to the elevator. Mechanical banging noise all night long.

When I entered my room, it smelled like smoke. I was given a new room but noticed that the majority of floors in the building smelled like Pot.
The breakfast described was NOT what was served. Breakfast was basically waffles and sugary cereal.
The hotel looked overdue for remodeling, and we changed hotels for the rest of our 5-day business trip the next morning.

The breakfast was minimal. The staff told me during my check in that there was no public restroom

The room was clean, but the room was very hot. The air conditioner did not work, and the staff was unaware of the issue. The receptionist was very apologetic and apologized for not having another room. She gave us a fan to use for the night and called her manager to see what she could do to make it right. We opened the window and used the fan, and that helped but it was still very warm in the room. Other than that, room was clean and staff was very friendly.

It was clean and the shower had good pressure. There were metal bars sticking out from the frame of my bed as if the mattress was too small for the frame. I smacked into into one of them when I first arrived wearing pants, so no real damage done, but had I been wearing my shorts, I would have needed medical attention.
It's nice that breakfast is included, but the coffee wasn't drinkable, so I still had to go out for breakfast. I was not pleased with this, considering I included the breakfast in my calculations for choosing a hotel. I had to add $25 to my daily expenses because of this.

The physical plant is pretty worn out. But it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was courteous and helpful, and it was conveniently located for us.

Staff is friendly but it’s tough around the edges. The AC unit is so terribly loud that it made for a long night.

It was an easy checkin which was appreciated. No coffee in the room (just decaffeinated) but other than that everything was fine.

It was a quick trip to attend a wedding in Pine. This is a all right location no pool and no lounge. Did have a small serve yourself breakfast bar area.

We found the room clean. But, reported several items needing attended to; TV remote needs batteries, a tile in the bathroom popped off when I stepped on it, exhaust fan very noisy and not efficient and the bathroom door was dragging on the floor. Door difficult to open.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. The AC worked well. But the condition of the room was shabby, with a plate of some kind covering a hole in the bathroom door, no grab bar near the tub, and the bottom of the tub was slick- no traction strips to prevent a fall. Worst of all was a sharp metal piece protruding from under the mattress, between the bed and the wall. After my husband cut his foot on it, the staff provided a bandage and tried to adjust the metal piece so it would be less dangerous. That didn't work.

Had a man who was without housing just camped out on the rear entrance with his liquor and smoking by the door. Room was in need of several repairs to holes in the wall, damage to furniture, and the curtains smelled from a previous smoker.

The room itself was okay. The bathroom is in bad need of renovations. There was no counter in the bathroom to place our toiletries on. The shower curtain did not prevent the water from flooding the floor. The bath towels were small and I am not obese.
Breakfast was very disappointing and I would hardly call it healthy. No fresh fruit, no eggs for protein.
Bed was clean and comfortable.

The condition of this hotel is very poor. The bathroom floor tile in our room was particularly dismal. The breakfast selection was unusually sparse.

Checking was quick and easy. Was able to check in late. Customer service was on point.
They don’t have much parking and our key card wouldn’t open any side doors.

The property had been "rode hard and put away wet" as the expression goes. IT was in need of some deferred maintenance. The breakfast was pathetic. The lobby was furnished with random furniture. It just felt a bit sketchy. I have to say that the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, but the rest of our experience was lack luster and we do not plan to return.

We had a very busy and fun- filled weekend. Our room was clean and comfortable, and gave us a good rest between adventures.

I enjoyed all except remote did not work, shower squeaked when you got in and I m not that heavy. The breakfast was pretty scant. No water without purchase, no fruit, no bread, no pastries. Only cereal, yogurt, milk, juice and waffles. LaQuinta beats Quality Inn in that respect.

Rivo was nice. The guy who checked us in the 2 night was nice too. The girl in the am seemingly accused my 10yo of steeling the tv remote. She didnt believe me when i said there wasnt one. Son added that we didnt watch tv.
