Good room and nice spacious

For the price, I would have expected few amenities, but at least a clean and functional room. What we got was few amenities, and a dirty and mostly functional room. The good: It’s cheap. The HVAC worked. The TV worked (once we figured out to hold the batteries in the remote). The hot water worked. The elliptical trainer in the exercise room worked. There were no bugs in the bed. Staff we dealt with were generally polite and helpful. And it was near where we needed to be. The bad: The carpet was so filthy my wife refused to walk on it barefoot. The microwave had dark clumps of old food in the corners. One bedside lamp looked like someone had fallen on it. Another lamp was burned out. The light in the toilet/shower area was incredibly dim. The kitchen counters were greasy. The insides of the lamps and the bases of the lamp sconces looked like they hadn’t been dusted since they were installed. There were no privacy curtains in our first-floor room, so our only choices were blackout or exhibitionism. The exercise room had no wipes (we ended up buying some for that and for the room). There were no hand towels provided. Overall, not a great time.

Asked for extra pillows each day for the 3 night stay, never got them. Mold in bathrooms. Rooms need updating. Was quiet I room

Good price. Nice staff. Twice I had to wait awhile for the front desk person to return. They were out of coffee several times.

The rooms were very dirty. Even after requesting a 2nd room, the bathtub had not been cleaned, there was grime on the counter tops and remote control.I had to go to the front desk to get cleaning supplies for the bathtub so my family and I could take a shower.

Room wasn’t as clean as we would like it. Beds smelled. Inconsistent - we rented 2 rooms one bed had one pillow the other bed had 3 pillows.

I stayed the weekend to get away and was able to relax I would go back again

I would avoid this property unless you do not have another choice. The only Pros are that is in a good location, it is pet friendly and is affordable. We stayed here for a few days when we lost power and maybe since the property was overbooked that made it worse than normal? The rooms were outdated, and staff was rude. Upon checking in our room was lacking the basic amenities: only 1 pillow between 2 beds, and missing blankets, no toilet paper, and no shower curtain or towels at all. No soaps or shampoos were provided either. When we asked the front desk for toilet paper we were only given 1 roll and told to ask again the next day (we had booked this place for 5 days). AC did not work well. There is no pool and no ice machines. the kitchen area is nice to have but was filthy. Also the breakfast is only prepackaged muffins, granola bars, and coffee. I would not stay here again.

This hotel room was extrememly dirty. There were cobwebs dust and dirt everywhere. The toilet and shower was obviously not cleaned from the previous tennant. I will never stay there again.

Toilet was broken and ran all night. Had to wait to flush. Took forever to fill . Bed was hard and the people upstairs rain all night. My husband was up all night.

This was the second time I've stayed here and probably the last. First and foremost: THE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT. I could not ask for a more friendly or supportive staff. The problem is the old building. It's as clean as old can be but I found the carpeting in my room beyond cleanable. Unless I had the a/c down low, it smelled moldy. Ditto the hardwood floor in the kitchenette. I could not walk barefoot without the bottom of my feet being dirty. The room definitely needs renovating. Toilet seat was loose. Bathroom light took too long to turn on fully. Just these little things but they distracted from the satisfaction of my stay.

Good location for the price condition of the walls made it look pretty run down, other than that I recommend it for a nice place to stay when visiting downtown as it’s not a bad commute

I like the prices of the room for the extended stay that was necessary for me at the time. However the room had a very distinct smell as if it needed to be disinfected completely. I got sick staying here with a viral infection and as soon as I left I was much better.

I had called 3 times saying we would be there but later they said they were noting it and it would be fine. We get there and they cancelled my reservation and we had no where else to go with a young family! What’s the sense of having a reservation if you don’t hold the reservation! They claimed my card didn’t go through that’s funny it worked the entire weekend! This is a price gouging situation as the city was completely booked, will be following up with the state

Nice rooms, great staff♡

Room smelled, room was dirty, my socks were filthy from walking on the floor. Peeling caulk, bathrooms nasty. Door had to be pushed or pulled hard to keep closed. For the price i expected Better. Limited breakfast. I stayed at a hotel the night before that was the same price, but it was clean and the breakfast was wonderful!

There was a change in the room I booked, I wanted and paid for two beds for two people, but I got a room with one bed!! I was uncomfortable sleeping in the same bed as my friend. I went to the front desk and was told to take it or leave it. The hotel had a right to change it!!! I had paid a higher price for the room I booked!!! I was not reimbursed for the difference. There was food left in the fridge from previous people, sippy cup and garbage in the room. Surfaces were not cleaned. Door wouldn’t work properly. Curtain in room was broken. And not even a trash can was available for us!! I requested one more pillow for my friend and never got it. When I checked in to the hotel, I had to wait until the man finally finished his cell phone game and then acted like he didn’t know I was there. Outside of the hotel was littered and garbage cans running over with trash. Doesn’t give a good first impression at all.

The room was Clean but just a little Dated

The shower in the bathroom was moldy. I stood on the clean towels so I could shower. Thanks God the linens were clean, and I was too tired to try and find another place to stay. There was a drawer missing from the bedside stand. The screen was in the closet for the window. The window was dirty and had cobwebs. I have pictures to back this up. Room 139.
