Absolutely disgusting. The tub was filthy, the mattress has nasty stains all over it, and the fridge was broken and leaked all over the carpet. The front seat was unwilling to address any of these issues and would even allow us to change rooms. Awful experience.

The furniture was in bad condition , the bed was hard also found a roach in the room. The hotel was a non smoking hotel but it smelled nasty like we€d. Overall it was expensive to stay in the conditions we stayed in.

The hotel system was down for about 1 hour which delayed my check-in. I was annoyed with that inconvenience. The room has AC but no central air, so it was cool in one direction but not throughout the room. The bathroom was disappointing, mostly the tub/shower need renovation. The coach & single seat was not comfortable, felt like sitting on the floor. However, the bed was comfortable & I like that the room has a microwave & refrigerator.

The staffs are nice.
The breakfast is okey , same everyday.
But the room condition is not good, it had carpet mold smell. The drawers are broken and the walls are dirty. The beds are comfortable. They dont change the room everyday unless you request in rhe morning.

The first thing I liked was after making my reservations the hotel called to let me know they received my reservations and that they looked forward to seeing me when I came to check in very sweet and amazing service the breakfast was very good my children loved that they could make there own waffles I would stay here again

The room was dirty and smell horrible. Had to ask for room to be changed. The room i was finally assigned to was not much different.

Very nice affordable hotel in a decent area of lantana. Close to resturants and stores. Hotel is entered in a great area between west palm beach and miami. Miami is only 1 hour from this hotel. Hotel has free breakfast. Rooms are great size on the first floor.

Place is very centric to everything as well as the access to I95. Staff was super friendly and helpful, hatian lady from breakfast is one of the sweetest. My only dislike is that property needs a little of care, A/C vents were super dirty, had at least one inch of dust lint. Frames from doors were falling apart and there was some humidity smell. For the price and short stays, it does the work.

Coffee tray had no stirers. No toilet paper roller (there WAS toilet paper).

The staff, especially Hyacinth at the front desk, were really nice and helpful. We saw a couple of roaches in the hall, and there was a very strong smell of marijuana in the hall on the second floor.

Used to be a great hotel to stay. Bed was missed shaped (sinks in the center), a/c control unit (wall controls) not working, and tv kept losing signal. Also, the phone didn’t work.

The carpet had a strong smell when you opened the door. Unfortunately we had a light that shined on our face all night long. The drape was not able to adjust. Everything else was fine. Front counter staff was excellent. I have another reservation for next month I think I am just going to lose the money.

The tv, microwave and fridge weren’t plugged in. My husband had to pull the chest away from the wall to push the outlet back into the wall. The tub had a huge glob of hair clogging the drain, pretty disgusting. The whole place needs an update. Will never stay there again.
